Pale: Has not even checked in. Soy, can we get a clarification on whether Pale is going to be replaced, or if his role has been eliminated?

 

Second the question. Pale has developed a consistent habit lately of disappearing from games. If you can't be around to play, then don't sign up in the first place, and at least let it be known that you have to be replaced if the game is already begun. He hasn't struck me lately as being a very reliable player in these regards. It's not fair to mods, and it's not fair for whatever side he may be on in any given game.

What I find really interesting, which I just now really saw, is that Peace's reason for voting for me is because I was "defending" EP, however if you compare our reason's for not voting on EP then you'll see they are almost the same.

 

How do you justify getting on my case when you were 7th on Mynd's train and had the same reason for not voting on EP as me?

Personally, I think player is just not really playing. Not exactly hiding or trying to play low... His sparadic and limited reasonings Do look suspicous, but I'm just not getting a vibe that he is scummy. Personally there are higher people on my list.

 

Top three people I am willing to vote for at the moment:

 

Peace - Because of have weak cases, ESPECIALLY now that I saw those older posts of his.

 

Hoof - Because he was arguing against Mynd's case before EP flipped, and once EP did flip, he freaked out and went after Mynd. Honestly, there is nothing you can do to erase such weird actions..

 

Ishy - Pinging my for reasons stated before, I feel he changes who he backs, and doesn't really go after some one not already not mentioned. That and I'm sick of the spam, it's distracting, and very anti town to make people wade through pages of BS.

Limi, Ishy does the whole drunk mafia spam stuff every game he is in, just about, even when he is town. From anyone else, I might consider it pingy, but not in Ishy's case. It does get kind of distracting at times. And if I had a smartphone, I'd probably do a few posts from the bar as well.

Not that I'm not suspicious of Ishy, but just that I don't see Drunk Mafia (TM thingy, hwoever the hell he does that!) as anti-town.

Arez, Peace, Limi, Tina, and Player are all of the most interesting to me behaviorally. I feel that Iron is hinting at having some strong role in this game, which I can attest to being the case for myself. Sheriff, just to clarify as I realize that I forgot to earlier, is a variant on cop and seems to have a few extra perks, all of which are fun for us and unfortunate for scum. =p I still definitely need to be protected though. For now, though suspect, I am going to unvote, vote peace because of the chance to reread his posts and because the Arez lynch seems to be going nowhere atm. And let us remember, scum must consider before they type as their emotions are fabricated, town must not. That is why Basel is not on this list for me.

Basil - I don't care if it's a noob's current trend, quiet frankly it's distracting when I have to go through pages of casings as well. Spam never helps people who are actually trying to play the game. If you let him use it as an excuse to post a bunch of stuff that has nothing to do with the game it will come back to bite you in the butt . I'm not saying he is doing to hurt the town on purpose, but I am saying the game is a lot better with out the nonsensical bs that no one here really cares about except for like maybe 2 people. It's a gag joke, spam what ever. Save it for night phase like it should be.

Marsh (Ironeyes): Disregarding Chrissy's erratic behavior (pain and pain meds will do that to ya), and her personal disagreement with Mynd... from the time Marsh has come in to the game his behavior has been a bit odd as well.

Why are you now putting words in my mouth? This post of yours here is unnecessary and flavored with an overreaction. Nolder could have simply disagreed with my logic, but he didn't need to vote me for it. Re-read his postings and look at the language - he was setting up for my lynch to be my own fault yet he was pushing for it hard (see the one about "Why am I the only one voting him?"). This is a classic scum move.

 

That was sarcasm, Mynd, not overreaction. I feel the same as Ishy, even though I agree with your case on Nolder.

Here he backs up Ishy in his disagreement with Mynd, but also states he agrees with Mynd's case on Nol.

Nolder, on the other hand, won't let this go because its the only thing he's got right now to get me lynched. He wants to push the issue so that I look like I got poor, innocent EP modkilled because of my hypocritical bastard self.

Based on this, I’m thinking that the scum are railroading Darthe. There have been a lot of votes for him for weak reasons, all happening just after TinaHel voted him with a decent explanation. I think they just jumped on.

...he subtly slips his unvote on Peace into a spam post... And then spends the next 20 minutes having an absolutely bizarre spam exchange with Ishy. I'm sure this was intended to look like Drunk Mafia, but I've been a part of quite a few Drunk Mafia evenings, and this was definitely NOT normal Drunk Mafia.

 

Today, he's tried to call out Razen for inactivity (when Razen posted just a few hours before)... and then this:

I freely admit that my gameplay was weird last day phase. I had no idea what I was doing, and the strange day 1 nastiness knocked me off balance.

The exchange with Ishy was really strange. It was entirely joking on my part (the unvote was, I thought at the time, very clever), but I don't even know what was going through Ishy's head. I assumed that he was just messing around, too.

The inactivity thing was just another part of my hopeless quest to add value to this game instead of just getting lead around like I have in every other game. Notice that I did not pursue it after being corrected.

I'm starting to wonder if Pale even knows that he is playing. This might not concern me so much if it weren't for the fact that I am starting a game of my own, soon, and the situation here has given me cause to think on how to handle disappearing players, how long to let them slide, etc. Not to mention what to do when a player with a history of being unreliable signs up for your game in the first place.
