i'm thinking its rand's left hand the dragon head is gone. i was upset when i found out cuz all the fan art i've seen dipicts him as being left handed as i am myself.

Pssst Athena ... The rules changed on Req Points a while back. Now you just need to send the list of your participants to Tynaal and she will post them. Only Ajah Heads and the MoN/MaA can confirm Reqs now I think
