The thing is, no matter how much you think you know, you can never be sure of what you don't...

Not Bob revealed as having a gun in our QT. You read it, I assume. I guess, now that I see that Ithi shot Basil, that Bob hasn't shot anyone?

 

If it gets us moving, I'm happy to lynch Not Bob now. Then if he flips scum, you shoot Ishmael tonight. If Not Bob doesn't flip converter, then I'll target Wombat tonight so he is RB'ed and we can lynch him tomorrow. This ensures we take out all 3 in sequence without any new converts, I think.

I'd be more than happy to lynch Not Bob now...we need to find OS, and at the very least he's probably an automaton by now....

I don't really want to shoot Ishy yet, based on what Christine suggested. I'm not going to blindly follow your entire plan. Bits of it, I agree with. My kill is my own unless we have a consensus on who I should use it on.

 

Also, have you never seen scum try to derail a train on fellow scum - realize its no use - then say they are willing to vote their teammate to bus them? Really?

There's no need to be rude. I play very much by emotion and instinct, guided by whatever logic I can see--I get the strong feeling, based on his posts in the QT, that Ishy wasn't trying to defend Wombat specifically, per se, and it makes more sense for Ishy to be town, at least at this point.

 

Actually, don't ignore me.

 

 

Ishy can prove himself as Town. He can cleanse the Arsonist.

I like this plan.

 

Unless you suspect Not Bob to be the converter, then we shouldn't be lynching him right now. Wombat is logically the best case for converter, not because its my opinion but because I've given you info to illustrate that there was no conversion when I jailed him.

 

If you want, we can lynch Not Bob. If he flips automaton, I would not be surprised. I will jail Wombat again, to safeguard against anymore conversions. That should vet me, if I'm right about him. If there are no conversions, then we can lynch Wombat the following day.

In retrospect, Wombat was town but you are the one who was crowing that he had to be the converter. We agreed with your arguments. Along with our own suspicions of how he had played all game. Don't back pedal now and claim someone else was pushing this lynch, because that is the scummy. You're certain it's Not bob, then jail him let's see how the night plays out.

It's possible. However, NotBob had a vote on both Wombat and Christine, unless there's another Bob-related name who voted Christine. Makes me wonder if that mightn't be his real role; something to do with votes.

Also, Wombat was suspicious of Verbal. Could be something there, and Verbal may not ever be able to vet himself. Who knows?

 

Also, just for the record, I know it's easy to say now that Wombat's dead, but I honestly didn't think he was as scummy and "off" as everyone else did. I didn't say anything before because I thought maybe there was just something wrong with me and if he flipped mafia I would have shrugged and said I guess I was wrong...but, now that he's dead...can anyone tell me what exactly he was doing that was so different from normal? I didn't think he was any more chatty than he's ever been, or weird or anything.

I'm genuinely curious--I haven't played as many recent games with him as others here have done, so I figured maybe y'all have a fresher perspective than I do.

I think you should kill Verbal. Ape offered to jail him while you shoot NotBob. But if it´s Verbal and Ape that are the original mafia? Have JLM, Razen or Leelou claimed any roles? I can´t remember.

Hmm, this is harder than I thought. I don't know who is telling the truth and who is lying, but every role except yours is either one I'd like not to risk you blocking, or else not one that you could use to vet.

Oh dear lord, am I an idiot?...I've been reading through one of the QTs again...goodness gracious. Our tracker targed Wombat at least twice, assuming they've been telling the truth, and the first night he was tracked he targeted Key, presumably to see if she was in his guild, since they were both town with no affiliation...(I don't remember what night of the game that would have been)...and then, he was tracked again I think N4, and didn't go anywhere...

 

Why did our tracker not defend Wombat at least against the converter accusation, which was basically the whole case?
