Do I need to point out to the rest of you what it looks like for Kill to not want to do a double day?

 

I also find it amusing that Ithi says they will likely not be NKed and Kill thinks dawn will see one of them dead.

 

Well if the day continues, the other of us is very likely getting lynched, no?

 

 

Oh, I noticed my mistake, I meant dusk, not dawn :D (English ain't my native language).

ATM we have 10 people alive, and we mostl ikely began with 5-6 non-townies (1/3), and that would mean at the moment we have 3-4 non-townies. So if either of us gets lynched, and ONE NK succes (against the town), then we might still be able to win, but if we have more than one kills, then we will lose.

 

5-6 non townies?! I'm fairly new to DM mafia, and the most I have seen in a game was 4...three mafia and a vig. So, to me, saying there could be 6 mafia members seems like you are trying to skew the numbers to make it seem worse for the town than it already is.

Ever heard of the worst case scenario? And usually the ratio varies between 1/4 and 1/3 of the players, or so I've been told. with 17, 1/3 is 5-6.

Imo, Kate, Krak, and Ishy are the most likely for scum; in that order.

 

Care to explain?

 

I didn't believe Ithi's claim that Lily was lying. According to the coroner's report, Lily was not lying.

 

Therefore, it seems much more likely that Ithi and Kill are mafia members together.

But she did lie. Berf/Kill has no action. Is there any possible Mafia role that would have caused Lily to get fake information from Jack?

 

If this was a bastard game, perhaps. However, I have seen nothing so far that leads me to believe that it is.

She probably misspoke. She targeted Kill meaning that any action he took would have been redirected. I doubt JAck would have confirmed to her that Kill had an action.

But I find it odd that she was so certain that I would have an action. I mean, if I were redicter, for sure I would take that possibility into account (she hinted that it could be possible, but still she was very certain that I'm a killer).

Well I wish she had been about to explain that. Mind - her initial mistake would have still made me think she was lying to be honest, and I would have still pushed for her to be lynched.

Aes Sedai speak - alligned WITH the Town, but not actually Town?

 

Is it grammatically correct to say "I am aligned town?" It doesn't sound right to me.

 

I am Town.

Heh... there was a moment there when I'm pretty sure we were all typing furiously at the computer. I got sniped by 6 posts in a post it took me less than 2 minutes to write.

 

I do feel bad for those who are going to pop in tonight and see they have a bazillion posts to read through.

Decide yourself imo. Personally I think doing nothing is the best course of action. Lily may very well have been lynched anyway. Giving us another day gives us more lynch ballots and more information than we would have had in the first place.

I was a tough. It would take an extra vote to lynch me. Town aligned. Now just vanilla.

 

 

I won't lie, I am having a really hard time keeping up.

 

I can see why. Please come back with your thoughts though.

Hi Tina,

 

I am definitely Town, Me and Kill both are. I just couldn't explain how or why Lily would say that Berf/Kill had done a night action against someone when I KNEW that they hadn't, especially as she turned out to be an innocent. I was 100% sure she was Mafia because of that untruth.

 

If I do vote myself I will contribute to the death of another Townie, I know that and I would rather that did not happen. I was aiming to show good faith if my death lead to the discovery of the remaining Mafia Team. That is why I asked if the numbers still add up ok.

 

Of course my fighting to not get lynched could also draw them out as they make arguments intended to get the rest of you to join in my Lynch. The only person I can truly trust at this time is Kill.

 

I have also had a think about our numbers. If there were three or four Mafia to start with and the Godfather is already dead, then that probably only leaves two or three remaining. Why on earth would me and Kill link ourselves together at this point in time if we were Mafia - it would leave us wide open to getting lynched on the next couple of days? If it was some kind of crazy gambit then it wouldn't work if done now as the numbers just don't add up.

 

The Lily thing has totally thrown me ... I have to admit. We should rename this the kamekaze game as first Hoofie said he was Mafia and then Nolder started saying odd stuff and now Lily has done this ...
