I wish I had more reasoning for my vote, but all I can say is my gut is screaming that she's scum.

very.... vague, lily. almost like you had nothing to go on, and want red (a good player) gone. I dont like it, not one bit.

 

Her reasons for suspecting me seemed fake (forced, maybe?) It felt like she was trying to build a case out of thin air. With Red, you never get much to work with. Sometimes a feeling is the most she'll give up. I have to follow that feeling through.

 

Sorry there's nothing more concrete to go with.

I also have a vote from Hoofie for saying I supported a random lynch. I did actually vote for Vam, because Random Lynches are NOT a good thing. All I was saying is that I would have preferred for it to have not been our Healer who got lynched. Quite a few people agreed with that Hoofie. Are you GLAD that the Healer got lynched maybe?

Also @ Hoof. That was only your third post of this whole game. The two previous ones were total fluff and this one has a pretty lame reason for voting me. Are you having to be quiet because you know that if you type any more your usual mwahahaha I'm so evil tone will start to appear? You know, the way it always does when you are on the MAFIA team.

well, the reason for my inactivity is that i plain forgot about this game as i was caught up in the other two i am doing. i cannot multi-task well lol :P

 

well, IIRC i tend to sound evil even if i am town lol.... when i am mafia i survive longer becuase i intentionally try to hide it, but when im town i dont try to hide it so i seem suspicious. i am getting better though. i am just a naturally evil-sounding guy. i burst out randomly in evil laughter and shout out the many ways i will take over the world sometimes. It is normal, nothing to be ashamed of. everyone does it... dont they? <>.<>

First of all, Vambram had to do a scummy half-reveal - he could have revealed in full and most of us would have then unvoted - a full reveal of a healer would not get lynched on Day 1.

 

Ithi, you're posts are coming across as trying to be town... but i'm more concerned with Hoof - it appears he may be symping Ithi...

 

random lynches are never good, ithi, and you are scummy for suggesting such. random lynches provide no information at all.

Hmmmm I agree that Hoof is probably Mafia, but I still think he is trying to draw fire from someone else - who might have 'special powers' on the Mafia team maybe. Lily has the most votes so far, although Hoof has limped onto that train after flipping really quickly from me - wasn't sure why he did that as I hadn't even challenged him at that point - so I still feel that Lily is on the Mafia team. The only thing I can think of is he is trying to prove Lily isn't Mafia by voting for her and then naming himself as Mafia.

 

It just all seems to clumsy and obvious though. Although Hoofie is not known for his subtlety.

okay i'm not likeling this Lily rain. i agree she's been acting wierd, but honestly i think its more her hitting a slump and needing to refind her groove becuase she's been playing wierd in the last few games. this doesn't give her a pass, i just think the tain on her is trumped up now and moving way too fast for me to be comfy with it.

 

 

tina, i'm half way with Vams hammer. the scum coudl have benefited from not hammering him as a few of us made it clear he'd be on the ballot for today if he wasn't lynched; then again, they'd have known his hal reveal wasn't a scum ploy so they coudl have hammered him in hopes of hitting a power role like what happened. as for my playstyle, it's ever evolving; mostly right now i think the JNers are rubbing off on me

 

 

meh, i didn't get much from Ed and Hoof is just so symptastic. if he flips symp we can look to ilth next as a possible scum as thats the vote he seems to be taking heat off of.

I'm happy to change my vote to someone who has openly said he is Mafia. Surely the only reason why he would do that, unless he wanted to derail a train. I only have two votes at the moment, so am really not worried, that's not exactly a train - and Hoof voted me and then changed onto the Lily Train, without much reason for either. Maybe he is trying to push attention onto people rather than deflect. Maybe I'm not crediting him with enough Mafia know how - especially if he is on a team with more experienced and subtle players lol.

I'm going to vote Kate, at least for now. 1) losing a vanilla townie isn't the worst thing that could happen on day 1, and 2) It's the easiest thing to claim as mafia.

 

Also, I wasn't crazy about her early reveal.

I agree with Tina. Its been less than 24 hours since this game started and I don't want to rush into making a voting decision just because someone got annoyed at having a bandwagon form so quickly against them. I've been looking forward to this game for ages and I'd be annoyed too if it looked like I was gonna get lynched on the first RL day. I remember Jack getting three votes in quick succession on a first day and he wasn't happy about it either and everyone thought cos he strongly defended himself he must be Mafia - but he totally flipped Town.

 

I doubt that Jack will decide to end days too quickly as long as it seems like we are working towards something and have not just stalled.

 

Kate is a good active player and I'm certainly looking at anyone who is involved in this super lazy bandwagoning. I honestly have to say that I expected more from you more experienced players than the usual - oh its alright to lynch a Townie cos it'll give us some information - rubbish. I don't know if Kate is Town or Mafia. I've got no read on her at all so I'm NOT voting for her at this time. Obviously I don't want anyone to chuck a mental because I refuse to join in a bandwagon like just happened on another game. I'm trying to learn how to play this game effectively and believe the best way to do that is to form my own opinions and vote accordingly.

 

Those of you who have voted because you honestly believe she is Mafia, fair enough, but the other people. I'm just really disappointed in to be honest. So that's Wombat and Red who think she is Mafia, from what they have said already. Ed's was probably a joke vote as it was the first thing he did, and Ishy's miscounting and previous 'I'm a good guy honest' post seemed a bit put on.

 

However the bandwagon for the sake of it, when there is probably no real rush and plenty of time to make real decisions and votes is really ticking me off.

if you'd gotten the mafia to believe that without claiming or being lynched they might have killed you at night

and if you'd gotten them to do that you've more or less sacrificed yourself for real town power roles which is a good thing

 

now that you've claimed you'll probably be lynched unless someone better comes along just to make sure you're not mafia

even if you aren't the mafia now know you're not a power role and will avoid killing you

I didn't rush into voting for Lily. She was the first person who seemed to have done something Mafia-ish to me. She seemed to be bandwagoning with no real reasons and also trying to time pressure people into doing the same. I didn't like that so I voted her. Of course it turns out that Jack is a total git, who did suddenly call time on us, just like Lily said he would. And then it all went to crap.
