Haha... see now, I brought up this very plan and was accused of being Cult. Personally, I DO think if executed correctly, it can be considered a viable plan.

 

Having all survivors join 1 family, allows that family to function as the town - versus a cult, and a small scum team (the other family). Make the game much more conventional IMO.

 

It's not the worst plan. That's what makes this lynch critical, and why I think the Lannisters are throwing so much money around to get Smash lynched. If we take out a Stark, it's far more likely that the survivors will band together to continue taking out Starks. If we take out the Lannister, then the opposite is true.

 

If I wasn't locked in, I'd probably vote Red. She's the more powerful player of the two, and potentially more dangerous if her side were to become the scum.

 

Mynd's post is very Lannister-esque, too.

 

I gotta be honest, so many people have shown their ass, I'd be willing to stay on Smash, lynch him, then join the Stark faction anyway - depending on what happens in night phase. Stark's house members are still hidden. Red should either be NKed or converted to cult by morning, which isn't a ringing endorsement for joining Lannister clan. Plus, they are likely broke with all the money they pissed away.

 

Agree with you too - Red becomes cult, and she sells out her whole clan to the cult - it becomes Starks vs. independents vs. a Cult/House. Not ideal.

If this is true, then you should stifle yourself with the attacks on Smash, and all the "gotchas!" you've been puking into the game on who all the Starks are... because you've been VERY clearly hunting Starks and not cult.

thsi is a chess game John, i'm thinking a few steps ahead. i'm outted 100%, the Starks arent. my focus for lynching isn't a stark, its cult; whcih is why i'm against a Smash lynch right now.

 

at the same time, i've got to try and even the playing field and gain back some of the advantage i lost my team by forcing myself into this reveal fest. so if i see someone who looks like a Stark, damn right i'm gonna out them.

 

i'm the only outted Lannister, if i can pin point more Starks than myself my team gains an advantage back after the cult is dealt with

 

 

imo, i think Smash is more liekly to be recruited. i'm too hott right now, you guys are expecting me to be recruited; plus if i don't hold the NK and i start acting cultish my team will Nk to save the board. i've already stated i'm not giving my family away, to the cult, i'm not lieing about this to the rest of you lot take it as you will. if the cult was smart, they'd recruit from people who were drawing heat, but sometimes the prize is to good to give up no matter how tainted it is *shrugs*

Yeah, I see that now. All of that stuff regarding votes and CTM's stuff was posted after I was already replying to the thread. Based on everything before that I figured votes couldn't be moved and so there would be no way to get enough votes on anyone else. Seeing as how that's not the case, that certainly changes the idea that it was limiting our options. That said, it still doesn't really change the rest of the points made about you, but really just opens up the field to other possibilities if we've got a strong read on cult. Although I've seen about a dozen people pointed to as possible cult so far, mostly by you, so that's not really helping matters.

 

As far as adding me to the list, I'm pretty sure I've been on plenty of people's list for a while now, so I don't think you need to worry about that.

so taking my focus off of tryign to lycnh Smash and CTM and you (all who I'm convinced are Starks) and focusing on tryign to get pressure on Sakaea, Mynd & Adella who i feel aren't survivors and are likely cult.

None of this makes sense.

 

You say you want us to hunt cult, but I don't see any votes changing off of Smash - and since you admitted to paying some people to vote for him, and that you can then tell those people to vote differently - its on you to end his lynch train. Hasn't happened.

 

You say you want us to hunt cult, but you have done nothing but hunt Starks.

 

We've pointed out that you are a prime conversion candidate, and now you are trying to sell Smash as the conversion candidate - the underlying point being that we should lynch Smash, which is still not cult hunting.

 

Cult has the opportunity to convert you, suck you dry of information and watch you be NKed, but then they can basically overtake your whole family - meaning its them versus only the Stark family. Much better odds for them. Your whole reveal, and this fake cult hunt you are on, has handed Cult the biggest advantage in the game in my opinion.

 

I'm still independent by the way - no reason to declare right now, makes ZERO sense to do declare until its absolutely necessary - and even then, there's really no benefit. The way I see it the smartest players in the game right now have been the independent survivors. The two families have been slop, outing themselves left and right.
