Sorry guys, I was incredibly busy all weekend and at work today. I will try to get a vote count up before I go to bed tonight.

Second thing: Part of the issue here is you are taking Hybrid's view of things, which is not mine. He is telling you that you should lynch lurkers. I actually disagree. I am a lurker, that's how I choose to play, that's how I always play. I don't believe lurking always hurts the town, it depends how/why/when you're doing it.

Hey now. I didn't say that we should Lynch All Lurkers. I did say that the town should take care of lurkers, and I prefer a quick bandwagon to poke them into speaking up. Lynching someone only for lurking is not a particularly pro-town route unless they persist in lurking even when confronted.

As for lurking itself, I agree that it can have pro-town motives. However, I feel that the cons outweigh the pros, hence my blanket statement that it's anti-town.

Just clarifying my position here.

You are gettinng very defensive about something that I already dropped, and im not taking anything from hybrid, he merly gave the info on you. I really started to like the idea after verbal used it. But it was pretty much like what hybrid just said. To get them to be active and defend them self in the game. I was good with letting it go but the more I think about it, it seems like ur really trying to defend actions nobody thought suspect once you said real life happened. Now ur getting angry for someone who is jumping on my train after I took my vote off...

Uhh *points below*

Also alaana I voted you because hybrid said you were on the boards and didn't check in so nice try with that. U said you couldn't get on which isn't true. Uu were already on and choose not to check in... but whatever im positive there's scum on this train.

Sorry, I see both Allana's and Amega's point of view, but the whole lurking vs. inactivity tips it back into Amega's favor imo. If you hadn't been on at all this weekend, I could definitely buy your claim Allana. But the fact that you were here, didn't stop in a just say hey or anything at all, screams lurker to me. I totally see the difference that Red spells out too, because I was on most of the weekend and saw nothing from Red at all, yet saw you around. Yes, it's Day 1, but we still need to be feeling each other out a little, yeah? But, as it stands, I'll wait to make a decision and Unvote Alanna till I get a better feel for you.

Both this comment by you and by Ishmael were made after I explained about RL interfering (bold is mine). So I responded to those statements is all, which I took for implication that I was lying about RL, or that you had not read the first where I said RL had interfered. So yes, actually, people continued to find my absence suspect even after I gave the explanation. Yourself included.

Yeah, I got that. It was more responding to people who then took what you said to prove I was lurking and therefore acting anti-town like. Ishmael said the lurker vs. inactive thing is what made him suspicious of me, and I assumed he meant your explanation.

@Christine

I was about this close to editing my post before I caught myself.

I'm going to unvote. I was interested in seeing the reaction to my vote and I'd say there was some good stuff that resulted. As for me, I'm getting a town vibe from Amega, so I'm backing off him for now.

Also, my activity may be a little spotty in the next week or so (but I will stay active) as I am driving up the east coast on a road trip.

I think Ameg and Alanna both need to shelve this. We are getting nowhere with that discussion and I tempted to jump on Ameg if he doesn't let it go.

Lulz it is. Your basically both saying the same things in each post and it's cluttering up the page. I think both of you are town. UNVOTE and vote hybrid he has been subtly trying to push the Alanna wagon along. I thin he is scum

Jump away jack, ill jump back.. id reply but appearently the conversation is getting on jacks nerves! ......

So you'd switch to a person who you haven't suspected because they vote you? Dude that's so anti town o so many levels. Relax for a little while.

I am going to UNVOTE

After reading through this thread a couple of times, the one who is pinging me as being the scummiest so far is Jack_D

When someone tries to steer a topic of discussion away from one player onto someone else, that leads me to believe that a mafia scum is trying to help protect one of his team mates. I could be wrong about that, and I reserve the right to change my mind before this lynch is complete.

But right now, I VOTE Jack_D

lol i never said i would switch, or that i nver suspected you but thats not the point if you wanted to make a case on me id be doing the same and vambram just made a great statement on the matter

Lulz @ameg that's the great statement? I can say Vam voted me because I caugh on to his teammate hybrid. My theory must be correct because Vam didn't acknowledge it, and he is doing the same thing he accused me of doing.

It definitely can mean that, but it can also mean that this discussion isn't really getting us anywhere at the moment lol. Especially since Alanna explained that it was RL that kept her away.

Was reading back though to see if anything stood out and I saw this.

Lol just because some inactives are town dosent mean anything, and im a he...thank you... but a bunch of people maybe not on this game, but alot agree with me that inactives are worthless, the contribute nothingg to the game. And if it is town how is there absence been good, there not here communicating. There not making it easyer to take a guess at whose scum, and sorry scum also like to lay low, depending on the player. Plus I already stated it was temporary and just ment to get us forward.

As for jittery, don't know what u mean or care. Maybe it cause im beingg active and actually playing, and trying to make a case on scum...beside how jittery they seem. Wow I really want to OMGUS you but I wont....

Losing town is always bad, so it does mean something. We've already discussed inactivity, so I won't bring that up again right now, but the scum comment made me pause. I suppose it does depend on the player, but I've seen the scum be super active too in games that I've played. We shouldn't ignore active players just because they are active.

Sometimes jittery is a tell, tbf, though I am really just getting annoyed townie from you.

@Jack - I don't really see where Hybrid is subtly pushing Alanna's vote along.

I agree with this. Vambram and Hybrid are on a scum team.

@Key

1. He voted Alanna

2. Said innactives needed to be lynched

3. Asked wombat what he thought of an Alanna lynch which would usually incite a bandwagon vote

See he's pushing

Right, but . . .

2. Said innactives needed to be lynched

I never did this -- in fact I stated the exact opposite.

3. Asked wombat what he thought of an Alanna lynch which would usually incite a bandwagon vote

Or this. I asked Wombat what he thought of an amegakure lynch.

Let me reread. I get things messed up sometimes. And I could think one player and mean another. :-/

By the way, if Red flips scum, it's worth looking at Alanna or Lia.

Linking players never leads to good things. it gives the scum an easy way to both frame and clear people. FoS @ Hybrid for doing one of the most scummiest things in this game so far.

both Jack & Vam bring up good points. i'm more inclined to side with Jack becuase of how this "lynch inactives" have blown up. sometimes scum will drop an idea in hopes that a townie will latch onto it. this is what Jack was meaning and i see it too.

Amega i'm getting a cornered townie feel from as well, and Alanna's reactions can roll either way with me so i'm gonna wiat for further reaction from her.

as for right now i'll UNVOTE but i want to re-examine the interaction surrounding the inactives discussion before throwing in my vote, because it's liekly theres a scum or 2 weighing in on this.
