I'm going to Vote csarmi

He was on all three lynches and on the Drew lynch he was last one to vote and on the Phelix lynch he was the second to last to vote. He was in the middle of the Berf lynch. Seems to me like he's doing his best to be on the lynch to get his team a NK.

i dont think that the scum would target each other intentionally, because even if they had separate win conditions, they would (logically) leave each other till last and ocncentrate on town.

Why would they leave each other for last?

Well even if they have separate win conditions, like he said, generally mafias can win together, or if not, they make it harder to win by taking each other out instead of the town. Them taking each other out works great for the Town though.

Krak, your points might be valid for the first two lynches, but as for the third day:

1) I joined midway, I just withdrew my vote because it was going too fast. I joined in the end to try and have a controlled lynch (which did not go through)

2) Would you please tell me what would be the point to join the lynch on the 3rd day?

I joined the lynch.

The lynch didn't go through.

There were two NK's anyway.

Again, the lynch didn't go through. As a townie, my job is to LYNCH people at day, preferably those who are scummy. If I'm on a lynch, there is less chance of a MAFFIA to be on the lynch. You're telling me I shouldn't join lynches or what?

Now my turn to ask:

WHY WASN'T YOU THERE?

I understand that you changed your vote for a target that seemed more scummy for you.

But why did you let a 'NO LYNCH' happen?

Also, that is my question for everyone ELSE who wasn't on the Drew lynch. Except Drew, of course.

I never understood the whole withdrawing votes. I mean you vote because you think a person is guilty. Then when other people agree and vote you say hey wait a minute, is this person actually going to get lynched? Let me back pedal... doesnt look good at all

Quite simple really, I wanted to see what would happen. So far, the nightkills (be they from an SK or the warring factions of BA) have killed more scum than our lynches have. For myself, I don't really have a read on many people in this game - maybe because I've never played with most of them before, or maybe because everyone is playing close to the chest - but either way, I don't have any standouts in my mind. Because the scum rely (or, as it now seems, relied) on the lynch to achieve their NK, I wanted to shake things up a little and see what happened if we achieved a No Lynch. Alanna's threat didn't seem dire and due to the amount of mafia killed so far, it seemed that we could afford to lose one townie (not a great strategy, I'll admit, but one that could give us vital information).

From what I've observed, it seems that there is indeed a SK or Vig that doesn't rely on a lynch for their power and it would also seem that a mafia team has achieved a permanent nightkill and thus no longer rely on a lynch. This is extremely important to know. No longer can we look at shortlists for reliable information because one or all of the mafia could be on or off the lynch and still have a NK. To continue to kill scum, we much change our strategy from statistics to looking at playing style and applying pressure (which is what we should have been doing from the start - but again, I don't really have much of a read on anyone). The way Alanna set up the game lent itself to looking at lynch statistics to find scum, when we should have realized that we needed to play a head game as well.

Anyways, that's my answer as to why I wasn't on the lynch. It was a risky plan, yes. However, look at the information we got from the No Lynch. I'd say it was definitely worth it since two scum are gone and no townies.

Good enough points.

I also believe that we need to analyze things more thoroughly.

There are so many things we might be able to figure out.

Should we try to figure out the setup of this game? Would we be able to? What do you think?

Also, it would be great if EVERYONE would share what they think.

Answering my 10+1 questions would be a good start.

Out of those who I'm most curious about are those that are on that 1st and 3rd day vote with Red:

Blackhoof, Curt, and Csarmi

Blackhoof is lower on my list. Pressure is already on Csarmi pretty strong, which is good as I was voting for him yesterday to apply some pressure. But I'm thinking to put the pressure on Curt a little more as well.

So...

Vote Curt

coincidence? 1st i thought that Phelix was a good lynch because someone had to go, and he seemed most scummy. 3rd drew was also a good lynch as he was scummy and i wanted to lynch someone to continue my list.

That's a pretty vague answer. Also, what do you mean by "I wanted to lynch someone to continue my list?" To me that just sounds like a weird thing to say.

I can accept that one or two of you were a coincidence, but all 3 can't be when the lynch was that close. Someone on Day 3 was on the same team as Red and I'm willing to bet my life on that person also being on the Day 1 vote.

well, if someone was lynched then we could compare many more factors than if someone wasnt (although we have learned valuable info from the lynch not happening). if drew had been lynched, my list could have been used to show who he voted for, factoring in his alignment and the alignment of now-known scum. stuff like that. that is what i meant by "continue my list"

We haven't heard from Aust in a while, and that's really weird. He's usually pretty dang active and so I'm thinking that he's got some real life issues going on. Other than that, Player has got some really low activity going and I don't like it. He popped up before when we mentioned his name and posted he's been busy in rl, but he popped up relatively quickly to stick up for himself, so I'm thinking he still skims and just doesn't post. He also hasn't been on a successful lynch. This could be because of 2 reasons: 1) He's town - but this doesn't make sense because if he were town he would be doing his best to lynch scum (or someone he thought was scum) which brings us to 2) He's potentially the SK. We the know the mafia need to be on the lynch to get a NK, but there was nothing said about the SK needing to be on the lynch. Now, I could be wrong about this, but I'm thinking at this point that #2 is the best bet. We need new information.

So, Unvote

Vote Player

Player, care to respond? Have any explanation for your voting pattern?

Im not the serial killer, and Im not allowed an alignment reveal due to the rules.

Ive stated who Im keen to vote for but I seem to be the only one. I think its case time

@krak

I didnt want to vote the first few days but I missed yesterdays completely. Except for yesterday that didnt matter anyway.

Ok going through drews stuff I am much more set on a BG or Blackhoof lynch. I think BG is the best option. I have been thinking that him and Drew were on the same team and both seem to be on all the same lynches. I recon it wil give us some good info.

VOTE BG

Okay, I've seen a few people post that they think BG and I are on the same team, so before that becomes "common knowledge" (like untrue things have a tendency to do in this game when they're repeated often enough), I want to remind everyone why that was ever brought up. BG realized that Blackhoof's accusation of me having a "Freudian slip" was incorrect, and pointed it out. That's all. Okay, resume mafia.

All right, it's been 3 days (granted, part of that was the weekend), and you lot are voting like it's Day 1 :D So to get things moving, your deadline is Thursday, April 21 @ 11AM CST.

very well m'lady Mod, we shall lynch someone ASAP!

it appears as though the two main suspects today are Player (suspected SK) and Csarmi (suspected lynch-happy scum).

i urge all players to vote for the one they think is more likely scum, in order to reach a majority. we CANNOT risk a no-lynch again, so even if you are uneasy about these two, PLZ vote the one you find more threatening to the town, DO NOT hold off, or we could risk a repeat of yesterday.
