There is most definitely a Vigilante Ghost Role. I've been a lot of things in my day, but I've never been a tease. Even when I probably should have been, I've always been more of a take-your-pants-off, oil up, and jump right in...wait...I'm over sharing again, aren't I?

Yep that seems pretty cut and dry to me Kiv...

 

It is - we show up tomorrow with more information (whatever we get from our actions) and with our ghost roles triggered. It does NOT mean that we show up and reveal what those roles are.

 

BTW, got a PM from DPR in response to my night action. He said, in sum and substance:

 

1) He's been impressed by the players so far;

 

2) He's been feeding people drips and drabs of information via PM (Lily, you'll remember he did the same thing in the JN Predator game every time the Predatard's attacked);

 

3) The mafia will not change alignment; this implies that others may;

 

4) He took into account the possibility of a mass use of one-shot roles night 1 when he set up the game (this worries me)

 

5) Snares have been set, tread carefully.

 

If anyone has not used their one-shot role yet, you may want to save it for Night 2, in order to avoid whatever mess DPR had set up for us all using them Night 1.

I just typed out and deleted at least nine responses to the above, but you know what I realized?

 

That I no longer want to imply that the nights should be sultry. No more baby oil jokes, or references to bodies slithering over each other in pleasure and abandonement. No more lascivous references, and no more vodka fueled, moral free after hours parties!

I feel like I've missed a day which I hate (I had my birthday, then the next day my friend and I went to Wisconsin), and sucking the battery life from my phone while in another state is rather dangerous.... Back to regularly scheduled activity on Jan 4.

I didn't know the coroner revealed roles. If only I had double checked the rules. Heh.

Actually, I couldn't find where DPR tells us that the coroner will give us roles. If anyone can find it, please provide quote/link. Otherwise, I won't appologize for asking Mynd to reveal this information before his lynch.

I know - I didn't want to sweat folks over theholidays, but I'm the biggest hater of inactivity that there is.

 

I'll give the night 24 hours, see where we're at, and announce some new time limits. It won't effect gameplay dynamics, so I 've got no problem with changing that rule.
