I cannot find any stats for Staffy however. Going through the VERY old stats. I found you to be a dedicated level of the Light (but not your OP stats). So to try and not have you start all over I will let you have minimum Dedicated OP stats with no points.. You may pick which ones you want. (If this is all right with Talya). [Minimum stats are 3 level 5's and 2 level 8's.]

Yes. I searched the old BT off-site boards along with my old copies of the ranks page (Since end of 2007) and couldn't find staffy...So he had gotten purged a while back. Only thing I was able to find was his rank. So we decided that he could pic what his elemental levels we're at the lowest possibility of that rank.
