Maybe to figure out what I'm burning I have to send my name in. I have no idea...I will PM Aemon to see if maybe he was supposed to tell me.

 

  I know that Amadine is on LOLA but I'm going to address this to her as she is the one that mentioned it...Alanna is smart enough to pick a character name other than her own.  Just like in any other mafia game.  If her character is a known bad guy then she'd be crazy to pick him. 

 

Alanna, if just one of us had wrong information then I would be able to push it off as a framer, although again this game seems a little too small for that, but you are claiming that I targeted someone that I didn't and that my reading of what you are burning is wrong.

Why did Tigs say the metal she did, there are other metals there that would have made more sense. And easier to sound plausable. Atium is supposed to be a rare metal that the Lord Ruler got slaves to excavate it, so that then links to the Lord Ruler.

 

Why didn't Alanna tell us before who she was. why didn't she question Tigs as finder before. I mean having a tracker and a finder is a little odd. But it does seem that we all had powers of sorts.

 

the thing about Atium is that it allows someone to see what the other person does, so that could explain how Alanna got the information. She could see what people were doing that night. So that does look like she could be burning Atium. If that is the case then Tigs is telling the truth. however...I need to check on something!

Okay if Tigs is Lord ruler, why didn't she ask Som1 about the metals she was getting, she wouldn't have a had to say anything. I'm going to go with who I originally thought was Mafia and that's [glow=red,2,300]Alanna[/glow]

Well, she may have asked Som1 about the metals, and then tried to act confused to appear innocent. That's what I think. We've all seen people pull the confused act before, when in actuality they were being coached.

 

Why on earth would I have revealed before, Talya? I have a role that gains information, so it would've been an incredibly bad idea to reveal unless I had some info on mafia. You know that. I didn't think it was too odd at first that there was both a finder and a tracker, since Tigs' role didn't appear one hundred percent solid (meaning, the role she described only told her who was burning what, as opposed to giving her definite mafia alignment). So it didn't seem too strange to have two informative roles that weren't perfect. I have seen finder and tracker together in a game before, although admittedly, it was a bigger game than this.

 

As for atium...as you said, it was the LR's metal, so what metal could she have said that would make more sense? (To try and accuse someone of being LR, I mean).

Okay, i have done a re-read and done some research on the Mistborn wiki ( i haven't read the series) and changed my mind.

Well hopefully you are who I think you are. If you had revealed when everyone else did (you didn't have to say you were tracker as no one else said their role) It could well be that Som1 gave her all the info. But when I was trying to eliminate people you didn't say who you were at all, you only bring it up now after everyone has either died or revealed, that way you can choose someone that hadn't been revealed.

Meh. Which is why I'm starting to use the rule that you can't reveal character names. It makes it really difficult for the mafia, in my opinion. Even when I'm town, I hate that in games nowadays, people just mass reveal character names on, like, Day 2. I was able to guess most everyone's role from their character in this game, which was helpful to me, I suppose :D

 

Anyway, I won't say anymore til Aemon posts the lynch scene ;D

Unless Aemon has the vote count wrong then something is going on with 2 different people's votes.

How did you learn that?

I PMed Aemon asking him if I was supposed to know or if I had to check myself in order to tell and he said that he had assumed that I would know because of my role, then he said he remember that I hadn't read the books.  He also included a wiki section about the bronze burners and how they are sensitive to what those around them are burning.

Okay, if the vote count is right, then it is impossible to get a lynch on Alanna or myself unless we vote for ourselves...and I don't even know if it would be possible then, to lynch anyone.  All four of the remaining players have voted and there are only two votes showing.

I'm assuming it's just a mistake with the vote count... I can't think of any reason why some of us would suddenly become voteless.

Good job to all of you. I thought Alanna had a prety good shot at pulling it off there at the end. I'm thinking about making this a themed game with more character (14-15). Would anyone be interested in playing it in that setting? I will be eliminating all the characters and just using mistings, mistborn, feruchemists and steel inquisitors. That way there is no way to do a mass reveal of characters. Anyone interested?

I'm so glad I stuck to my guns on this, I was having a couple of doubts but I went with me gut instinct. I will say that was a great try though Alanna, it was a great move.
