All right, Jeran.I just went back to find out how active you've been. On day four (your first post) you said "don't vote for me. Panda was the inactive one." You then go on to vote MCS after reading "only day 4". Understandable, except that you don't make another post until night and all you do there  is defend Hybrids post about Lav.

 

Day 5 and the best you posted was...nothing. Not a thing on Day 5. Night 5 you comment on how short the day was and talk about how DPR had a tell on Day 1 and you should have gone with it. Sounds more like trying to make people associate you with lynching the scum even though you decided not to vote him.

 

Day 6 you actually posted 3 times! You jumped on the Anox vote (no reason given. Just "vote Anox") and then you asked Alys a couple of questions about the vessel and relics. Then silence.

 

Night 6 rolls around and you say "oh no! a Coded PR" refering to Pookie and then make the comment about there only being a 46% chance that the vessel is alive.

 

Almost everything you have posted has been useless to the town. It all filler aimed at making people think you are active when you are really laying as low as possible. I still believe you are scum. If you want me to post the quotes, I will. I already have them copied into word. I was just trying to avoid putting up a wall of text. Those are annoying as hell to me. My vote stays on you till 1) you hang 2) Lav clears you.

If you are going to make up a case on someone you should be more careful who you choose. If anything I imagine I was LESS active (I haven't checked to count the number of posts or anything) in my first role and I was proven innocent in the death post and the OP. By extension since I am the same person in the same game you could conclude I am innocent. In reality it is more of a null tell given I was innocent before.

 

Also, pandy's inactivity is a null tell since he was inactive due to something that caused him to leave the game

 

TL;DR. Your whole case against me is based on null tells which makes me feel certain you are scum.

There is little reason for your vote. Pretty much everyone else has a better reason to be voted... Like [glow=red,2,300]wombat [/glow]with his votes for no reason. The last person to do that was Anox... which actually furthers my suspicion that the mafia just wants us to kill them off. Might as well for all the leeway we are making on the relics.

Alys- You have your criteria and I have mine. I am convinced Jeran will pop scum on death. For me he is the most suspect at this moment. After all of your speeches calling my "kill the mafia now" posts a scum tell, why is it that now you are doing exactly the opposite of what you have been proposing? I personally don't think he'll flip scum. He's just wierd.  :P

He is not just weird. his play has changed from before he was lynched. it's like 2 different people posting. my criteria in this case is more solid than yours. without more conclusive evidence, i will vote only you 2 for now.

I cleared Alys because she was innocent. If I really was scum, why would I have sacrificed THREE scum from my findings? Why three, and not all of them, and then set myself up for lynch, so we would win in the hopes the vessel is still alive? That thinking makes no sense. It would be more likely if I'd only outed one scum or perhaps two. Why would I have three lynched and not all? Because if I'm scum, I know who the other scum are, right? Clearing another scum member would be silly if my aim was for us all to die and win.

 

It is entirely possible, of course. But I still think your voting is a touch crazy. You say lynching Alys is less risky. So, she flips innocent and I am cleared? So, we sacrifice an innocent to prove what I think basically everyone already believes? Madness. If you really think we're both scum, wouldn't it be smarter to lynch me? Save the healer from protecting me unnecessarily? Have it all out in the open and let the real finder do their thing?

 

Now, let's assume that I am scum, and not really the finder. Don't you think the real finder would have verified by now my alignment? Or Alys's? Why has no one else tried to seriously cast suspicion upon me and vote for me? I'll tell you why - Because I am the finder and I am innocent. :P

Okay, here's what I am thinking....Wombat is scum and wants us to think that he wants to be lynched because of the last win condition.  Now, I could be wrong about all of this and he really is trying to fulfill the win condition but my reasoning for thinking no is that Wombat has tried this technique to get himself lynched before.  Everyone thinks, "well if he's trying this hard to get himself lynched then he must be able to win by doing so" and therefore, doesn't lynch him.  I know that this theory boils down to "meta gaming" I guess, but it's just something that I took note of.

 

If he were truly trying to fulfill the win condition, there are less subtle ways to let people know you are scum and that would lead to his lynch....ie let something "slip", straight out lie. 

 

Therefore, it brings me to one conclusion....(about the vessel, he can't know) so he is trying to buy some time for the unknown win condition.  Like I said, I could be wrong and it could cause the game to be lost but...I don't think so!  I'm gonna wait to cast my vote until I get some feedback.  No, that's not trying to gather support, it's just wanting to know where everyone stands before making a move like this.  :P

Wombat wants to die, so... Given what we know, the biggest problem is if he's the final mafia member. I note that DPR wanted to create confusion on this point, but I'm sticking to standard 1/4 formula which means 6.

 

The second biggest problem is if he's roled. Like I said before, with DPR, jesters don't seem to fit. There could be a role with a caveat that we don't know about... I would also like to point to DPR for support. He spent the entire game daring us to kill him, and it took way to long for us to get a move on.

 

Third problem is that he could still be innocent, given the Al Jenn rez. One rez isn't enough to go on, but...

 

The biggest thing here though is that he doesn't want to play or help; he's asking to die. We have nearly half the players currently in play, so I think we can take him out. But I'm being completely honest when I say my main reason is disgust at the way he's playing. (He could have asked for or tried to find a replacement... unless it's a pr or role that's causing him to act as such.)

I agree with Alys, I say we just lynch him. Either that or completely ignore him. It could be a role, or it could be a relic, but why wait until the 7th day to use it? Does it have to be activated or something? Also, I dont see the point in using it, if all its gonna get you is lynching.

 

Anyways, i'm out for tonight, tho I might try and get back on later, in case anyone figured anything out.  :P
