When did Rand start hearing LTT in his head?

You could make a case for "leakage" very early in the books.

Rand knows how to do a number of things he should have no way of knowing as early as Book 1.

The earliest clearly LTT utterance that I can think of, off hand, comes when Lanfear is trying to seduce Rand to the Shadow, when he calls her Mieren and "remembers" that she always loved power more than she loved him.

There are a lot of times in the Shadow Rising when he begins have deep conversations with Asmodean.  Maybe being around someone from the same Age made Lews Therin start to perk up.  Also, I think it happens mostly after he had been channeling a lot and had exposure to vast amounts of saidin.  In tSR Rand says he will bury himself in the Can Breat.  He calls Moiraine "Little Sister."  And is that when he calls Lanfear Mieren?

I am rereading the Great Hunt and just came across a paragraph that I have found interesting since my first reread. While Rand is running around at the beginning trying to hide from the Amyrlin, and after he hurts Perrin, Loial, and Mat's feelings because he thinks he needs to run off alone, he feels eyes following him and when he stops to catch his breath we have this....

"Rand slumped against the stacked sacks of grain. Well, a voice in his head taunted, you did it, didn't you. I had to, he told it. I will be dangerous just to be around. Blood and ashes I am going to go mad, and.....No! No, I won't! I will not use the Power, and then I won't go mad, and.....But I can't risk it. I can't, don't you see? But the voice only laughed at him.

That's at the beginning of The Great Hunt, and a long way from any other references in Rand's head(at least two full books, I think) so it seems to be just a regular case of inner monologue. But on the other hand, it does sound an awful lot like our cackling friend LTT.....
