OK, guys, sorry for my inactivity, but I have a good reason for that (sort of).  Basically, I was the cult leader on the MJ game and was using inactivity to stall out their blue voting (3 confirmed mason groups, leaving me and 5 other players unconfirmed - once masons were vetted they planned to kill us all off).  I didn't want to give it away by posting here and not there.  Now that I'm pretty much outed there, I can start posting here.  But first, I need to catch up, because I've been paying more attention to the MJ one for a while.

 

Edit while posting: Talya, I asked DPR over on the other game, and he gave me a PAFO.  I don't know what his response will be here.

I don't see any reason that the witch doctor couldn't be recruited by the cult, though I imagine he could use the role to cure himself and out the Cult Leader if he wanted.

Ah, I must have missed Pale's reveal.  Just saw it.

 

Well, I don't believe him, personally.  The night kills are coming from SOMEWHERE.  The only way to pick up roles is to go on a mission.  There were night kills after the first mission, and Pale's the only one that could have a killing role.  Just like I don't believe Pac at all.

 

The only other thing I can think of is that someone or something has the ability to NK, outside of picking up roles, without DPR alerting us to that possibility.

I don't like that idea, but it's all I can think of, if neither Pale nor Pac is lying.

 

Pete, I can see your logic now that I saw Pale's reveal.  I don't agree with the choice to use it on Pale, because I think he's lying anyway, but I can understand where you're coming from now.

I didn't get a role either.

 

I believe that there's a role in every location, but I don't know for sure.  I double-checked DPR's first post, and it implies that there will be at least one role found on each mission, so I guess Pac (I think it was him) has a role, if you're not lying, Nae.

 

The other possibility that I've considered, briefly, is that instead of a role we just found the kit, but it's doubtful, from my understanding.

 

We have a majority on mmeesh already, but that's who I'd red vote if I could, given her neighbor claim.  Still catching up, my apologies, guys.

for all that 'close attention' you pay, your mistaken. again. if i believe correctly mine was the first blue vote on pale face. the hammer vote i did (reluctantly, but becuase im to impatient for anybody to come to their sences, which wouldnt have happend)

Well if Pale is telling the truth, then I still think Dae was attached to Dsage. That would mean there was only a nk last night, but two of them. I would have thought that there would be a killing role by now out there.

 

However I could be wrong about Dae, it does say nk'd on the first page.  :-\

 

I'm not sure I want to use the med kit yet either...If we get the correct number of votes on Pale, and the lycnh went through, would we lose that testing. Because we would be testing someone who was dead...

Um, if you look back, CTM said DPR was probably just late sending out role PMs.  Nae picked up the Doctor role, remember, but at the time, she claimed she didn't have one either.  None of us had received role PM's at the time of the post you quoted.

I can't get recruited by the cult, thats why they recruited kivam and jvor but cant get me, so one or more is trying to get me.

I'm up for giving Pale a chance with the green medkit before lynching him. Its a pretty critical situation where I think we need to know.

There was no hammer vote on Pale the only hammer vote was on Meesh.

 

I suggest with these new developements we not vote blue for Pale. I think Talya may be right Dae may have been attached to DSage in some way.
