Rules:

 

1) Each day will start with no deadline. If activity lags, I will impose a 24 hour deadline, after which the player with the most votes is lynched.

 

2) To vote, please [glow=red,2,300]glow[/glow] or bold. To change your vote, [glow=red,2,300]unvote[/glow] or unvote first.

 

3) NO TALKING ABOUT THE GAME outside the game thread, unless you are mafia or cult. Please. I beg of you. It's cheating.

 

4) Roles will change every day. Alignments will not. All roles are described below, and have no impact on whether or not you are townie or mafia or otherwise.

 

5) No quoting any PMs that I send you, or any conversations that I may have with you about the game.

You win with the town. You win when all threats to the town have been removed.

 

 

 

 

Roles:

 

Role: The Drunk

 

You're a drunk, so you have a massive collection of bottles. In your more sober moments you're not actually sure what's in them, but you know that you sure as hell like to drink them!

 

Each night, you have a choice between the green, the red, and the blue bottle. PM me your choice.

 

 

Role: Carlisle Cullen

 

You may target a player each night (not yourself). They will be protected from a nightkill, but will also become a vampire (cult).

 

If you are targeted by this role, then you are a member of the cult. If you are not cult and you receive this role by rotation, you are still your original alignment.

 

 

Role: Mindreader

 

You get a PM telling you the alignment of the person that posted after your first post of the day. There is a 75% chance that this result is correct.

 

Eliminated from the game with Dragonsworn's nightkill.

 

 

Role: Vanilla Townie

 

You're a vanilla townie. Boring.

 

Eliminated from the game with Jeran's nightkill

 

 

Role: Hooker with a Heart of Gold

 

Each night, you may approach a player with the offer of staying the night with you. They may accept or decline. If they accept, they are safe from any other players targeting them, including kills, but are roleblocked.

Role: CENSORED

 

Each night, you may PM me the name of a player to kill.

 

 

Role: Jack Bauer

 

You may investigate a player at any time in the game. In addition, you have one kill that you may use at any time, day or night.

 

Eliminated from the game with Hybrid's nightkill.

 

 

Role: Silencer/Messenger

 

Silencer: Once per night you may choose one person to Silence. That person is not allowed to post the next day except to vote. They are allowed one post each day containing only one emoticon to convey their feelings.

 

Messenger. You must post using an alt account.  From this account you have full freedom to post on the game thread, and also to send private messages to people playing the game.

 

NB: Eliminated from play with DJ's lynch

 

 

Role: Illusionist

 

Each night, you must pick a player. Any night actions that target you will instead target them.

 

Eliminated from play with Cubarey's lynch.

 

 

Role: Cop

 

Each night, you may pick a player to investigate. I will tell you their alignment.

 

Removed from play with Far's death.

 

 

Role: Family Doctor

 

Each night, you must pick a player to be your 'family'. You must also pick a player to protect. However, if your family dies in the night, you instead do nothing.

 

NB: Removed from play with Lia's lynch

 

 

Role: Autopsy

 

Each night, you may target a dead player to be autopsied, this will determine who targeted that player the night they died. You will receive a PM from the moderator containing [Name(s)] or [None].

 

Removed from play with Mynd's lynch.

 

 

Role: Jack Bauer II

 

Role Details: You are Jack Bauer, invincible (but not bulletproof) federal officer.  You have the powers of Healer, Finder, and Vigilante.  Once per night, you can use one of these powers on a player of your choice.  Despite your awesomeness, the incompetent people you care about are always getting into trouble or messing up your plans.  If one of the following three players is targeted by an ability other than your own or their own, you will have a 50/50 chance to fail at your task for the night.  If one of them is killed, you will lose an ability, in the order of Vigilante, Finder, Healer.

 

Notes: The three players are chosen at random and stay constant throughout the game.  Also, if Jack Bauer uses his vigilante power on one of the three players, he will still lose an ability.

 

 

Role: Kaiser Soze

 

You may submit the name of a player each night. You will then learn this player's abilities, and will be able to control them for this night.

I'm sure it was just supposed to be an all in fun vote, but I think he is setting Blig Blog up for something.
