Who is your fave WoT persona to assume/ read in the books?

I would have to say Aviendha is pretty cool... Nynaeve cracks me up, Rand is usually pouting about something (or pretending to) and then comes back and kicks butt, Mat is downright cool except for the whole "inner child" thing, Egwene is awesome, and Elayne is immature and self-centered. Sorry if I offended anybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh yeah- Moiraine is too calculating! :D Love y'all.

Definitely Perrin. I feel the most closely associated with him... similar personallities, body type. And my wife is the personification of Faile. Oh, and I've loved wolves since I was a child. All 'round I love Perrin. He's my hero... hehehe!

My favourite is Mat, but Nyneave is also a blast to read. The funny thing about both of those characters is that they don't know themselves half as well as they think they do, often to the point of unwittingly making hypocrits of themselves. Good stuff.

Thom and Min are my favourite secondary characters, but if I go any further I'll just keep going...

Fav Forsaken was Lanfear, but Cyndane just doesn't cut it so now I'm a Graendal fan :D

mat is good time charlie and you never know what is gonna happen around him...especially now.

aviendha has been my favorite just from reading her name. i would have loved to have a girlfriend with that name in my youth. she is the toughest character to me and kicks ass big time. any of the maidens are cool.

moraine has has a lag but you get a sense of her in ANS that seems to become egwene. the whole tower experience of moraire and siuane tends to blend into the tower life of egwene, elayne and nynaeve in the fact that they are sent out for external duties and they have a secret that seals them to the amyrlin at the time.

lan with nynaeve are gonna be something big...watch.

Well, for sure Mat is my favourite. He doesn't have that melodramatic stuff around him. Everything is very surprising, and his parts on the books usually are filled with a good mood, even the darkest ones.

 

And like said by someone before me, his not knowing himself as half as he thinks leads to excelent situations.

I personally like Tuon the best. Besides Valda of course. Then probably Perrin and Mat in that order, but of course Rand is good too.

Aviendha cracks me up big time with her wetlander comments. Rand's POVs are always the most exciting, but any scene with Greandal or Lanfear takes the biscuit for me.

By far Mat.

His story line is fun, lighthearted and basically nicely irritating (so in a good way) So mat is my fav. character.

 

I never understood why people liked Cadsuane. I really really do not like her. She is irritating, basically an úber aes sedai. Bossey and arrogant to the extreme without good couse in my point of view. Okey she knows stuff but she thinks everybody is less than she. Please RJ teach her a lessen after she has tought one to the man in black...

My favorite ones to read are Mat and Nynaeve, for the same reason as GoodGrief above, and also Rand's and Moiraine's. Elayne's point of view drives me insane. :P
