I'm not saying he should definately, but we haven't had one yet, so why are we rushing to lynch him on the say so of someone who says he has a viewing of his innocence? Really?  The first line in the rules/sign up thread is "Everyone is a cop, but some cops are dirty."  Unless the moderator says something to the contrary about everyone being a cop I find this suspicious.

 

I have also been wondering about those who are less active.  At least one of them has been found to be a dirty SOB.

 

I have been able to catch up on all of the posts by reading during my break at work.  I really feel like I need some time to think about who I am going to vote for.

 

I hope to have some time after work today to do some more posting so that I don't fall into the inactive category.

 

I see that Thorum has noticed the same thing as me while I was typing.

Actually, he could be a cop who is also a doctor (the department surgeion?). He could be confusing his role as a cop with his power to block a night kill. I am not sure if I buy his story but the confussion would be par for the course with him for being a newbie (I know, Its the Kettle calling the Pot Black, but its a real possibility). At this point i will keep my vote as it is but would be willing to switch if some clarity is thrown into the matter.

i dont know what u all want me to say.  all i know is danya is innocent. i thought it would be helpful since we almost lynched her on day1. im not scum.  why lynch me when there are others who look more scummish than me?  like talya.  shes the one that was pushing for me to be lynched.

Big surprise here! Catina's vote on Talya was clearly a retaliation vote, but it doesn't mean I don't share her suspicion on Talya being Mafia. Still, I just don't get the lynch on Catina when there are others who would give us more information. 

 

I will concede to Cube that it is possible, if improbable, that a player could have a healer role and be aligned to Cop, but the way in which MCS went about claiming seems contrived.  He's all over the place and acting like a rabid dog.  There is really only one thing you can do with a rabid dog.

 

I don't like how Talya is downplaying the role of the healer though.  In one post, she says that the healer's job is only to protect the finder and that makes his role useless in this game; but, as cosmicpanda pointed out, his role is to protect innocents from night kills.  To me, I read that as Talya trying to convince the healer to heal themselves so that the mafia can get a clean kill on someone else. 

 

She's also saying that I outed the healer.  What?  If MCS is really a healer, he outed himself.  Notice when cosmicpanda pushed her some, her story changed.  If she doubts MCS's claim, why hasn't she voted for him? 

 

And then there is the whole mess about pushing a lynch on Catina before she revealed her findings.  She's defended MCS until called out on it.  She's been all over the place as much as MCS.  And now she seems convinced that Thorum is a Mafia Symp, but she only mentions this recently? Why are we not lynching Thorum now if this is the case?

 

Speaking of Thorum.  Earlier, he had his vote on Liathiana for no reason at all, which I took as a wink that he actually did have a good reason.  Then, later on, he pretends to forget who he voted for earlier and goes after MCS.  It doesn't make any sense to me.....unless there was a change in the Mafia plan and he got new orders to go through with the MCS lynch.  And when did he change his vote?  Right after Talya made her little speech about there not being Crazy cops or Paranoid cops in the game!

 

Hmmm....I have a theory.  Talya, MCS, Thorum as mafia!  Prove me wrong!

Now that Catina has voted MCS is at 5 (i.e. L-2).  I think earlier Thorum just re-affirmed his vote for MCS which made it seem like there were 5 votes.  Or maybe I'm just confused with the volume of posts.  :-\

This is exactly what happened.  When I went back and counted earlier I didn't catch that Thorum had his vote on MCS...removed it...and voted him again.

 

 

I too think his vote on Lia was a hint that he scouted here last night and she came up guilty.

Because he made a maffia-telling mistake for the THIRD time. Most games I played here, had none. For everyone counted together in the whole game.

Thorum, I didn't count the votes you made BEFORE Night 1 ended....but thanks for bringing those up.  Why were you so hungry for blood before night even ended?  Before you got your finder read?  Before you knew who was going to show up dead?

 

Verbal would have been an excellent choice for the Mafia to kill because he was steadfast in his vote on me from the beginning.  He made no bones about thinking I was mafia, so by killing him, it sets me up nice for a lynch on Day 2. 

 

Problem was....you jumped the gun.  You tried to lynch me before the results were in.  This means you knew I wasn't going to be killed.  Why?  Because you knew who was going to be killed.  And the only way you could have known that is if you are MAFIA!

This in no way lets MCS off the hook, but while there is the small chance he could be the healer (and another reason I cannot say), Thorum is without a doubt mafia.  No one pushes for a lynch on someone before the results are in....unless they know the results beforehand.

do you even read what you write?  Almost everyone here is guilty of the exact statement you just made.  Mynd?  Really?  Is it your game to try and be so confusing that no on can get a handle on what is going on?  I see no reason for this gambit other than to try and confuse good cops. 

 

I also think that you know MCS is a dirty cop and tried to insinuate that you "read" him last night and he came back innocent.  I don't buy it...you are trying to keep votes off of MCS while not looking like you are in cahoots with him.  It's starting to clear up now.  I would vote MCS right now but on the off chance he is the "doctor" I'll vote you instead and see where it goes.

So, Mynd, ... there are 13 mafia left alive to scramble on against you? Is that what you believe? I would be very surprised if there were 4 or 5, and certainly not more than that.

 

Also notice Mynd has said very much about everyone, but not what he thinks of his claiming not being a cop (which is in direct conflict with the rules).
