:D  Yeah, I took weekend as meaning Sat & Sun, not Friday, so I'm glad I had time to check tonight!

I thought Tig made up his name. I didn't remember a Tigara on Thundercats. But then it was a long time ago...*shrugs*

 

It's too early to vote. Maybe Sunday. We have until Wednesday.

HO HO HO!! THere's RUM in my EGGNOG!!

 

No need for self mutilation there Thorum, it happens to the bestest of us I suppose!

 

I know we have until like next Wednesday for all this mafiosoness, but I figured we'd at least get started with tracking who is doing what.....nothing like making a list and checkin it twice?  ;)

 

Vemynal is first to vote and voted Thorum by desperately quoting random numbers and equations and so fourth.  According to Vemy's theory of Mafiativity, Thorum should be lynched.  Other people chime in to say they are here but do not vote. 

 

Hybrid is second and votes Liathiana, and makes sure everyone knows his vote is random by posting "Random Vote: Liathiana."  Just in case you missed it, Hybrid wants you to know his vote is COMPLETELY RANDOM!!! 

 

Thorum comes back and votes Tigara because random.org said SHE was mafia.  A couple thoughts on this is that one he didn't retaliate Vemy's vote on him.  Also he again mistakes Tigara for a she, which i would consider a tell if we were playing poker. 

 

Tigara's claws shine as she he retaliates by voting Thorum.  I don't see this as mafia telling in that im sure Tigara is tired of this by now.

BarmyMod and Catina both joke about Thorum's error and then I chime in with my homage to Loki and vote Cosmic Panda.

 

Interestingly, Catina says she is going to vote the person behind her and then Vemy posts immediately behind her.  Some confusion as to what Talya was saying ensues and then Catina votes Vemy and then quickly unvotes.  I'm not sure that this wasn't just her playing around and voting HUH or if she didn't want to vote her fellow mafiaoso....who would be Vemy in this case. Not a big deal but interesting...

 

Lia shows up and freaks out that we have started without her and then votes Hybrid in a retaliation vote.  I am of two mynds on the whole deal with retaliation votes.  One one hand, it can be a sure sign of mafia panic.  A lot of lesser mafia players vote in retaliation during the "RANDOMNESS" of Day 1.  However, this is Lia, who is hardly a lesser mafia player.  My gut says its fair play but worth noting.

 

Loreina shows up to check in but doesn't vote and says she may wait until at least Sunday to vote.  Fine since we have until Wednesday.  No problems here, just being cautious. 

 

And then we have Cosmic Panda's retaliation vote on me.  Is Cosmic Panda the type of person who would panic and vote in retaliation if he is mafia? Does it make him look mafia by voting in retaliation? Or would it make him look more mafia if he hadn't?? 

 

In a masochistic act of self-mutilation, Thorum unvotes Tigara and then votes himself.

Interesting to see who has already voted and who hasn't seeing we have until Wednesday and all.  Now then, let's look at the roles then shall we?

 

Roles:

Mafia - With 12, i gather that three would be 1/4 of the list.

Cop - likely only one

Healer - likely only one

Symp - typically only one

Assassin - likely only one

 

So then, seven out of the twelve of us have special roles leaving 5 of us as vannilla ice cream innocents.  Me being one of these vanilla custard innocents with no role then that leaves 4 other than me.  Thoughts?

Well, given that you only voted for me because I was eighth on the player list, I almost have a better reason for voting you than you do for voting me :D

Awwww I'm not considered a lesser Mafia player! ;D (This is only like...my fourth game, hehehe)

 

I can't find it scummy someone votes for me? :P Fair play indeed, Day 1 is mostly random, I prefer my vote over a random vote, at least it has a reason!
