I still think I am onto something here about who would comprise the mafia team, but I'll put that aside for now.  Tal, would you consider yourself as a veteran player?

In my day, we didn't have DRAGONMOUNT.COM...we played mafia the old fashioned way. When We lynched someone, we thew em in the RIVER!!!  IF they drowned, then they wern't mafia.  If they floated, then we burned their mafia butts to the steak!  THat's the way it was and we LIKED IT!!!!  *phooie!*

Shouldn't we consider a No Lynch on the first day?  Think about it.  The chances of us capping an innocent are greater than on of the three mafia and we probably need more info before we start figuring out who is who. Sure, we may get lucky, but then again we are more likely to not get lucky.  Thoughts?

Ok, could someone please explain to me why NO LYNCH is a problem?  Maybe I just don't see it, but it totally makes sense to me.  Every Mafia game I have played, an innocent gets whacked round 1 because its random.

No lynches can help in a game at certain points. But the trouble with it is that it provides no information whatsoever.

 

A lynch, even an innocent lynch can provide information. And this is only the beginning of the game, not usually a good idea, it would mean we went into night wioth no information and wake a kill down. Not a good situation.

i didnt 'wish' you to do anything. if i 'wished' you to do something, id say i think that you should. it was a question to point out a flaw in what you were saying. you say no one was listening to you, so you suggest a lynch on someone with no votes. if you really thought no one was listening then you would have joined a bandwagon.  and from experience, first day no lynches never go well for the innocents, but i appreciate that you havent played in one of those that i know off.  and the only bandwagons are on moggness (because of her inactivity) and you, both with two votes each. seeing as moggy has turned up you seem to be the best probable lynch candidate, though something tells me that looking at the people who voted moggy would be a good idea, inactivity is an easy lynch. im kinda hesitant to vote you because i want to see more of what you have to say yet though

Where?  And how does that make me the probably lynch candidate?  I'm an innocent, and that would only help the mafia.  I didn't realize until just now that Moggy had 2 votes and it does make sense to vote her to avoid a random lynch (i need coffee) .......but you also seem to have a lot to say for someone who only has one vote on him.  I want to see what you have to say too, but I think you may be playing me again. 

 

Not gonna change my vote just yet...I'll wait for your reply. 

 

Do you think the people voting for Moggy are mafia?  What about the two people voting for me? Are you protecting Verbal and Tal for some reason?

I don't particularly like voting for someone who is absent. Like Loki says, it's an easy lynch for the mafia. I'll stick with Mynd, he jumps around like a yoyo, and no conviction in anything he seems to be voting on.

Im gonna change my vote to [glow=red,2,300]mynd[/glow], the quick pile on moggy there, seems just to fast. and moggness turned up on the last page..or was that another thread, but still i read either here or on the sign up thread that she had recieved her pm, so the inactivity votes would have then been baseless.  and mynd when i said there was a bandwagon, you seemed to think that talya and verbals were being voted for, when it was you and moggy that had the most votes and i dont see how trying to correct your mistake was protecting them.

So, maybe you didn't bite on my NO LYNCH bandwagon, but you certainly were pretty quick to jump on me after I asked Loki some basic questions.....hit pretty close to the mark like that, eh?

 

Loki, you're contradicting yourself.  There was nothing quick about me voting Moggy, it was last minute only to save myself. Sven and Nyn voting Moggy only makes sense at this point because, like you all told me earlier, its better to vote someone for the sake of getting information.....and it seems we just got a LOT of info now!  So, why are you and JLM joining the VERBAL and TALYA bandwagon? Why vote me and NOT Moggy?

 

And JLM, when your mafia leader tells you to vote me....you gotta come up with a better reason than that to follow suit!!

Just for your info..I'm not bandwagoning, I can't I started the vote on you. I would be surprised if all four of us were werewolves, though you could be right, that one maybe.

Usually they spread themselves out, though it could be a first time for ewverything. Besides with 11 players there aren't likely to be more than 3 werewolves.
