How do YOU view characters?

I've never really been satisfied with the depictions of characters on the book covers (eg: Rand and Mat sometimes look 40 years old..). So I've browsed the net looking for artwork of the different characters.  Most of the art doesn't live up to my standards (nynaeve with blonde hair???), so I only have a few pictures in my little file.  I've also seen a thread or two with suggestions as to which actors should play Tylin or Padan Fain, etc., in a movie. I liked the suggestion for Egwene alot, but have never found an image that IS Moiraine, Lan, Mat, Perrin, Rand, or Elayne.

 

My question is, taking into account all the WOT art out there, and all the actors and actresses, what artist, or which actor (talent's not an issue, I'm just looking for a face), perfectly portrays the main characters for you?

You might say that I've been working on this list for 17 years (the time I first read TEotW).  Whenever I read any book I always get a mental image of the character and often realize later that it is infact the image of some actor.  For example in my mind Faile has always looked like Jasmine Guy though I didn't realize that that was where the image came from until I saw a rerun of A Differnt world about a year ago.  Others come from the various "who would you cast in a movie" discussions I've been involved in.
