Do new members ever stop coming?

Well, I found this site a good while ago when I was looking for some information about a specific character from one of the books.  I found my way to the forums and since then, I've found myself more and more interested in joining this community you have going on here.

 

So I joined.  The forum title and description told me to post here and introduce myself. So here I am.

 

I was going to give you a little bit of a description about me, but now that I've started writing this post, I really have no idea what I should put down.  So if you want to know anything about me, you're going to have to do the old fashioned way and just get to know me. :)

 

Now that that's done with, it's great to meet you all!

So, I was looking around for new posts and here one was, so...yeah.

 

You're new?  Great!  I remember back then.  A bit more than a year ago.  Good times, good times.  Just stay away from the reyler... *looks over shoulder*  she 'specially likes newbies....  I think...

 

Well, anyways, on to the advertisement.

 

There are many Organizations (ORGs) as you have probably noticed.  They're all good and each unique.  The White Tower is one that I would most deffinately recomend.  Become an Aes Sedai or a Warder (despite gender) and join in the fun!

*hands a llama and a hardhat*  Fiddlesticks is a good place too.  Not an Org, but instead the Spam Tower.  I swears, it's great!  I go there all the time, and look how I turned out.  *blink*

 

Well...remember to throw something sharp at Vemynal when you see him.  Tell him it was from DSage! :D

If you're at all interested in role-playing, there's a thriving RP community here.  For roleplaying, I'd suggest starting off by reading this post: http://forums.dragonmount.com/index.php/topic,354.0.html  That covers the basics and will give you an idea of where to begin.

 

Next you'll want to get an idea of the kind of character you'll want to play. Just about every group of people on Randland are represented in some way. When you have an idea of the kind of character you'll want to play, you'll need to come up with a character bio and have it approved for play. For more info on that, check out this post: http://forums.dragonmount.com/index.php/topic,717.0.html

 

After that, just find your way to the Div boards for your chosen Division and begin to join in on the fun as you await for your bio to be approved and to be assigned a mentor if needed. Over in the Freelanders we've got lots of great plans in the works for the Seanchan, the Seafolk, and the Kin, so if you're interested in any of those character types we'd love to have you. :)

Man do you all have huge posts or what. Valkyrie it is simple. Come by the Wolfkin Org. for a visit. If you like it there stay and join. If we are just too crazy for you there are other great orgs out there that will be more then happy to have you join. The Wolfkin is a nature based org. with a unique welcome. We love visitors and we don't eat them.

 

The White Tower is nice if you have any desires to be a Warder or Aes Sedai. Gender does not matter there.

now then^^ Welcome to DM! you know despite how much we have been spamming in your welcome thread we aren't all about spam! At the White Tower we have ajah's and warder's guild disciplines that love holding serious discussions while other ajah's and warder's guild disciplines are chalk full of spammy goodness^^. In fact I'd say you'll find whatever your looking for at the White Tower! and because of how many members the White Tower has no matter what org you go to later you'll already have friends^^.

and ha not all about spam..clearly thats not good..so come to fiddlesticks the home of the one and only PINK ajha..and you dont even have to join..thats mostly becuase when you go there we just tie you down and never let you leave ;D even more effective than becky's (barmacral or barm as the sane ones call him) method
