Welcome back to NASCAR at the Kin! Hope ya'll enjoyed your weekend off! It's a Saturday night race tonight (on Fox, for those of you tuning in), coverage started 10 minutes ago for the Subway 500.

This week, the crew chiefs for Edwards and McMurray have swapped. We'll see how the change effects both teams. :)

The line-ups this week:

Kyn

Jimmie Johnson(48 ), Tony Stewart(20) & Jeff Gordon(24)

vs.

Twinnie

Kyle Petty(45), Matt Kenseth(17), Michael Waltrip(55)

Lor

Dale Earnhardt, Jr (8 ), Greg Biffle(16), Kyle Busch(5)

vs.

Hero

Elliott Sadler(38 ), Martin Truex, Jr(1), Casey Mears(42)

Mo

Mark Martin(6), Jamie McMurray(26), Kevin Harvick(29)

vs.

Dae

Ryan Newman(12), Kasey Kahne(9), Kurt Busch(2)

Now, Phoenix is a true oval track with very little banking! That's right, folks, this is as close as we get to a FLAT TRACK!

Kurt Busch is working on win #3 in a row here.

In 2004, it was Dale, Jr who won back to back wins here.

On the pole this week is: Kyle Busch, #2 is Greg Biffle.

Good luck, everyone!!

Biffle to the front, 5 pts for leading.

Stewart started the race from the rear for not starting on the same tires he qualified on. NASCAR impounds the top 10 cars and they have to start the race just as they finished their qualifying laps. oops.

1st caution at lap 25, all cars on the lead lap, everyone coming to the pits!

Caution is because the track conditions have changed.

43 cars on pit road... *chews her nails*

Caution # 2 as the #22 car finds the wall.

Dale Jr's glad to hear this, since he was feeling something that wasn't good on his car, so here's the 2nd round of pit stops at lap 55. I'll update on placement after the pits.

*grins and winks at Hero* You never know, Biff is good at blowing the tires off his car from driving too hard when he doesn't have to. ;) Truex is looking good this week, too. :D

Edwards has some damage finding a new friend coming out of the pits.

Kyle Busch just got nailed with a "too fast entering the pits" so he'll go to the tail end of the longest lap on the restart. OUCH! See, Hero, told ya not to worry. *sighs* Rookies...

3rd caution at lap 88. The 10 car had a one car booboo, broke loose and tapped the back off the high wall and the nose off the low wall. Scott Riggs has a LOT of damage, but they're working on it, trying to get it back out.

36 cars are on the lead lap and elligible for pit stops this caution. Expect all of them on pit road and an update on the lineup after the pits. :D

Kyle Busch, Joe Nemecheck, Elliott Sadler, Michael Waltrip, Kyle Petty, Reed Sorenson, David Stremme, all caught up in that mess.

Kyle Busch stops to give Casey Mears a tap, obviously blaming him for the boo boo.
