@DPR - I don't really know how informant works, so maybe?  I looked it up when I got the message and mafiawiki says the informant targets a player and, if there is no interference, the mod will send that player a predetermined message with setup information. I did receive a PM from the mod with a note that it was from CassTurin as a town informant and that he was peeking Hallia. 

 

I, maybe incorrectly, assumed that this cleared him as town because Cass was getting sussed most of the day and I doubted mafia would mess with her.  I also found Hally sus so I just rolled with it.

I was really just looking for something  more theme. I apologise profusely for doubting.  I was just really sketched out that I didn't see it right away and then my mind reeled. And everyone saw what happened.

I’m focused on the simple probability that any one player has 3 night actions in one night available to them. And I’m thinking that probability is 0. 
 

But then I ask, why in hell would anyone ever claim that?

Almost.  I can send 1 message per night. I sent Key the message she describes along with a request to confirm in a certain manner.  I missed her response because I'm dumber than 2 boxes of rocks and couldn't see something that wasn't what I envisioned. So I wigged out like a loon.

 

I also did make a cop check on Hallia.  It was RED.

There will be gaming the mod, and speculation about possible roles in here so if you think it's worthless just skip it. But I think there might be something worth hearing. 

Ithi likes balance in her games. That generally means that you can expect roles that either match to an extent or counter other roles. We know that Mafia has /had a Messenger. Why? It could be just to sow chaos. It could also be to assist in searching for a traitor (symp?). Such a role imo would also be a form of balance to the IC we already know exists. In the Wiki, there are various adjustments that can be made to help balance the equation. One is the traitor knows some/all the mafia but they don't know the traitor.  Another is the mafia have to "kill" the traitor to bring them on board to wolf chat. N1 no one died. Now simplest solution to that is a doc save. I concede that. Another is that the mafia actually found their traitor. Action on this can wait, to an extent.

Another thing we know is Darthe died. Now simplest answer here is a vig shot. I would assume that a town vig would be one shot. Phillip would be a reasonable character choice for a vig as he did engage in a duel. Zander was the only one that really hinted at it. I would assume a 1x vig would claim the shot and be essentially clear. That didn't happen so there has to be the possibility of an Serial Killer (the Bullet fits for theme). We can wait to see if there are 2 death nights before really worrying about that though. Finally, Verb got a message, I think from Darthe. I would like to hear the complete thing due to my earlier assumptions about traitor and searching. Again, I don't have any way to confirm it, so...

 

My speculation on the game is that town is pretty stacked. We have evidence of a IC, a watcher, a vig, and I know my role is powerful. So far mafia has only had a messenger. I am suggesting that they also had a traitor but had to waste a kill to bring him in. That implies maybe not as many powerful roles but perhaps some powerful shared team abilities. So that even if players get eliminated the mafias overall power level doesn't go down as much. So maybe a 1x strongman, 1x ninja. Stuff like that.

I also believe that they have some sort of a deflector role. I targeted two different people last night with different abilities and one reached it's intended target ( I believe) and one didn't. So I will know something with Hallia's flip. If she's mafia then most likely Key is as well. If she is town then Seph ( I think) is mafia because I got redirected on both actions. In that case, I think DPR goes back into the mix

 

I could see Dice or Verb as potential traitors. If I live I might know more tomorrow. I don't think I can actually check Key.

 

 

This post was made this morning, well after D2 began, so you would have already received any night actions results. That means you would have already known Hallia was mafia. 
 

There is no Cop that posts a mountain of garbage like this and hides a red peek.

I understand DPR's doubting Turin, actually, but I'm having trouble doubting it though because it came from the mod and it literally said town informant.

Well, one thing is super clear:  you guys are not the same alignment, heh.  I'm not sure I can bring myself to not vote with an uncc'd Cop, though.
