So, I was going to comment on the whole 5 years ago vs now meta, blah blah, but I think Shad pretty much summed up my thoughts here.  Aside from the above, I think the discussion is a big distraction and useless overall. But it may be useful to look at who is making a big deal out of it.

 

 

Well that came out of nowhere. 

 

 

And then immediately says IT DOESN"T MATTER like the Rock. Here's what I think about this at this point. Being the first to claim a role is ballsy as mafia I think in this type of game. I have a feeling it is probably kitchen sink'd up knowing Darthe. If Mafia all have moves, this is an easy claim to make because you can claim your true role with a town lie in front of it without fear. If mafia doesn't have extra special roles, then fake claiming this early on is super risky. Therefore I believe Lenlo is tracker, but it is not indicitive of alignment.

Exactly. It's a distraction, and at this point it think it may be on purpose to distract from other issues.

 

 

The first clear purposeful attempt at connection I've seen. "If X player does Y, then X must be mafia."

Scum watchers are super OP. you watch the obv town that you think is going to get saved and you get the doc. I don't think I've ever seen a town watcher because that role is bonkers.

It isn't though, if I'm the only new guy than Andre pinging me out isn't that suspicious. If there were multiple people who were new and he was picking me out of them then there might be something there. Thanks for the clarification though.

Even though my Hallia vote was in jest, she doesn't have any sharp opinions on anybody. Every game I've been in with Hallia I've been mafia and she's always tunneling one person and trying to collaborate. Here she feels like she's just trying to buddy up with everybody and I don't think she's had a hard opinion on anybody. 

 

Might be a different meta over here, and Hallia might play different around you guys but I think she is a good place to look.
