I feel like DPR's been floating and gloating more than he's been pulling strings and I tend to associate that with his town game, but my threshold for reading him is a fair bit lower than it is for most people.  You're right that he's pushed a lot of easy targets.

 

I'm cool with DPR Nyn wagons and we can always switch back to BG at EoD depending on what shakes out.

 

And no I'm not going to go back and read Nyn's posts but that one AJ quoted feels really really really out of character for her.

Knowledge being the link? Don’t care so much about that. I do agree that DPR has been more in the background then up front and that his targets have been easy as well.

 

Tone wise he seems fine but actions matter more imo. He’s not my personal choice for a wagon toDay but I don’t think this is a bad direction to push into because he’s been under zero pressure all game.

it was more the easy targeting that was the knowledge, the meta'ing was just me making a comparison to how he played back when I played with him.

I mean in a way we’re all sorta guilty of the same thing.

 

The BG/Kat wagons were sort of foregone conclusions D2. Kat juked everybody then BG got dog piled because he was an outed 3P. For the Gladiator event we could only choose between two and one claimed Loki, so again - zero liability voting there.

 

The more important detail is who has been doing work around those lynches. A lot of people have either been absent or just voting and not saying much else.

I never went towards Kat tbh. DPR has been vocal about wanting Kat dead. If not mistaken he tried to vote her immediately after you did. He also seems very adamant about not wanting you to use your ability now that you're outed, or atleast that's my interpretation of his stance. Pretty sure mafia saved BG to attempt to make us waste another day there. I'm assuming the night save was just a global cancellation of deaths to save Sooh. I'm pretty okay with lynching DPR or Sooh/Arie. as for who is number 3, that's between Shad and Nyn.

I'm less sold here. My read on Nyn depends on what Shad is, but I am not willing to risk going after Shad when Sooh/Arie and DPR are pretty solid choices.

Yes he did, which I laughed at a little cause it looked pretty opportunistic. I’ve been more or less decided that Kat was town before D2 ended.

 

BG had a lynchproof ability I’m sure. I’m not sure why no one died last Night but I’m town and I won’t assume automatically that Sooh is Mafia and her team saved her because of it. That sort of thinking will get you turned around quicker than not.

That's not true. I can only clearly remember one game with Nyn (we were lovers in that game), and he did not get into any fights.

I do agree that Nyn is unexpectedly passive this game, so let's just do this. I also don't think I've ever seen her as scum so a different playstyle than normal is pinging. (ftr, though I cannot clearly remember her from other games, I can remember her general playstyle; the two are different things)

Still liking you, EP the most. Don't know DPR all that well but I'd expect more than what he's shown this game from someone who was at least in the past known as one of the best players on DM. Still unsure about Shad, still disliking Hallia, was also disliking Sooh but I only find it fair to give Arie some time before voting that slot.
