Easy vote for me. I called Darthe on his no read on Hallia early yesterday because I figured he was setting up some kind room where he could read her either way based on what the situation needed. That and her crappy push on for BS reasons is not a good look at all.

 

With the flip, im gonna go and see who he talked about. His sudden flip in trust towards Hallia could have been a bait incase he got lynched, but everything else is simply more compelling.

2) To see how Hallia's case on me plays out. She could well be scum, or scum could jump on that train, and it might have been possible to catch one, but...

Yeah, the more I think about it, the more I am convinced that I jumped the gun there. I was all excited and pent up because I haz a special and couldn't wait to reveal it. I could have used it more effectively by waiting to see what Hallia's case was and who else jumped on it.

Also, umm, can we like kinda confirm I'm town?  If I'm mafia, I wouldn't do something as obvious as vote myself, but I'd at least not kill the most valuable member of mafia for sure, I'd leave it up to chance and hope that I died instead of Soorthe.

Colonel Flag was separated from the squad, dragged mercilessly to the headquarters of the Enchantress

 

Unlikely as it sounds and through huge plot contrivances the rest of the squad, reduced to our main (anti)heroes burst into the room and tried to rescue their fearless leader before the nano devices in their necks blew their heads off!

I can explain his comment about me easily enough. Darthe reads me like an open book, and he knows I know it. So if he didn't give me an easy town read in a game where I'm town, there's a good chance I'd notice something was off. This was just insurance.

@Dice - SK was more the catalyst to that, he gets the credit. I probably wouldn't have voted Darthe D1 despite feeling a little weary of him until SK came in and started to double down and case him, which reaffirmed my feelings. I had SK was town and he was the perceived lynch at the time, so I was voting with him to keep him alive, and we had a mutual suspect.

Darthe was about to VLA anyway? Idk. We don't have to lynch him today but I don't consider him cleared. He was holding off and then self-pres'd at the last moment. Darthe is a salty enough wolf to tell a teammate to hammer him if he had a 50/50 shot of going down as it were.

What is VLA? And unless they can still kill me, I don't see anyway that Darthe tells a teammate to kill him when he has the only mafia kill. If they were both vanilla goons, sure, but not with Darthe as the scum MVP.

We're just gonna have to agree to disagree Ben. VLA means very limited access, which is why Darthe and Sooh were going to hydra for when he had to step back for his wedding. Which is this upcoming week I believe?

 

Anyway - he did say he was having his bachelor party today and would be gone. So maybe they decided to cut their loses and bank on the town cred? Idk. I honestly would've figured in that position they would've used their shot to end the Day and take away the chance of a stump and prolong their lynch another phase to see if they could wiggle out.

 

Makes me think he really wasn't around, which kinda sucks but I can't hold it against him considering.

 

TLDR I don't feel comfortable clearing Rand on my read alone, and throwing down a last second self-pres vote on the wagon he was tied with, with a player who was about to be gone (and a hydra partner that hadn't even posted yet) isn't really hard clearing. I'm fine putting him aside for D2 and seeing how things play out. But he's still a suspect imo.
