Tress I want to be town, but I can't commit to her not being the SK. I imagine she'd find being SK less stressful than being mafia. She would absolutely kill Clov n1. I would lightly guess town but I am not 100% sure. Light green territory

I would absolutely not have shot Clov, but again, we'll have to talk about what I would have done post game when you'll believe me.

Who would you have shot?

Probably Sooh. I would have expected mafia to shoot you, and taken out the next clearest town read, since Mafia was lynched D1. N2 I may have aimed for a scum read if I'd had to think about it.

Not sure where to go after this. I think I lean more dpr but I am afraid it is because he is constantly coming at me and I have bias.

 

He is all over the place and swings to whoever points at him to cover his butt. That could be jist the way he plays. Manbat is also all over the place sometimes but he comes off much mich more as a team player who seems to be rooting for town any way he can. That is the difference between them.

 

Ed is kinda nonchalant and frivolous with few serious posts (which I personally dont see as non town) but he just doesnt seem to fit into what we have left. He and tress have a similarity to me in fitting into whats left but because most think tress is town I guess I have to trust that.

Just want to clear that up since I have no idea.

I think I might have already answered this? but 2/3 of the remaining non-towns are immune to detection, meaning the peek result would say "town" even though the player is not.

 

Tig is only lock clear if we lynch exactly a Serial Killer and a Godfather.

Only thing I can think of down that tinfoil alley is complete and utter lack of understanding in C9++ resulting in drawing a fake claim out of a hat and getting lucky because the set-up ended up non-conventional.

 

Would still be gorgeous execution of softing into it though and generally brilliant manipulation of her own naivety towards villagery-looking questions.

A lot of people noted Ed cares about his reads and is generally impactful as a villager even if he isn't super serious. This is my first game with him so I've never got to see it live but he's been relatively fixated on a few people and ignoring others and his filler:real content level is low. I'm not sure how accurate that element of his meta is, but nothing really screams "villagery" about what he's focused on.

 

Shad noted back he has some serious Serial Killer equity as well, and hitting the SK today would be a boon (would eliminate a NK) even if we shouldn't really focus on that element because SK hunting at least for me is fairly hard

i remember when i was town the last game i was in with an sk or at least the most memorable i called montecore out as exactly sk and didn't listen to myself and he won as sk

One thing that really distinguishes who is mafia / town is the mere fact that as town you start with no information and need to essentially gather it to form reads. If you know how someone thinks, it's not hard to decipher exactly how they gather that knowledge.

 

Mafia start with a wealth of knowledge, so that's an element they have to fake. The way I typically play mafia I look very specifically at how their view of the game develops with available information and sort between what seems genuine / ingenuine.

 

SKs start with the same lack of knowledge villagers do and have motive to seem towny (avoid the lynch) and similarly can hunt mafia. So it's really hard for me to figure out the SK.
