Reread from 25-32.  I figured anything before 25 I had already commented on though I am going to do some ISO's after I finish the reread.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

Context for my comparison for you getting used to your hydra.

Aj's hackers game. Sooh and I were hydra. First time I've ever been hydra. I know firsthand the difficulties of getting used to that.

Comparison I made was the discussing one vote and impulse voting another. I did literally this. Waited to talk to her about one person, and impulse voted another shortly afterwards.

Okay, thanks for the context. This makes a lot more sense. And yeah, it's hard. Liz and I have never actually played together before so it's a whole lot of things to figure out. Which is why I'm asking for a bit of courtesy in backing off of us and letting us explain and try to work our way through some reads. And I get it, it's probably hard for you all to try and read us since you have to read two people with two very different play styles for one slot. I really want to get everything on a better foot so we can get this game moving to where it needs to be.

I get that, but I'm stuck on not seeing how her asking who your teammates would be could come from a town pov.

 

 

Alright let me see if I can try to explain this differently than Liz did. Aside from scum, no one knows anyone else's alignment. Liz and I know we're town. We're trying to get you to open-mindedly see that. So by asking who would our scum partners be it's more to try and get people to realize that based on interactions there's not a scum connection that can be made to other people. Remember how before I died in Sooh's basic game I posted potential scum partners based on who was interacting with who and how they were interacting? I think it's along the same lines of that. Going into it with an open mind you might see okay they don't have any really scummy interactions with a player that makes me feel it could be a team mate. But player x and y over here? Man it's weird how they haven't interacted at all.  So that's how it can be pro-town, at least in mind. Liz can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong when she wakes up, but this is really just how I see it.

 

 

The italics I believe could be considered as townie motivated.  However, the bold seems more scummy, like you're deliberately trying to throw someone under the bus.  And well I know we are supposed to hunt scum and all.  We should do it based on WHAT they do ITT not WHO they interact with  ITT or in this case WHO they don't interact with ITT. Though, tbh it's kinda hard to tell who they are interacting with when the whole thread is interacting, well at least it's hard for me anyway.

I don't know Liz like I know Darthe.  However, I thought of it more like darthe's claims at the beginning of the game.  WHY: for the same reason that people told me darthes wasn't alignment indicative:  It'd be a stupid move to make as either wolf or townie:  because as a wolf then you would have everyone trying to figure out if you ARE scum and it would put you in the center of attention and could cause you to get lynched.  AND It would be a stupid move to make as a townie because people are gonna think you ARE scum and could cause a mislynch.

I'm kind of null on you at the moment. Things are happening really fast and I haven't time to really dissect anything in my normal nerd fashion of word docs and spreadsheets.
Cuth, I feel like he's looking a bit better. He's getting around to answering questions. I'm really big on why answers, and the fact that he's answering them makes me feel okay about his posts. 
Darthe, I think he's stringing us up for lynch bait because he thinks he can. I don't really think it's alignment indicative for him, because of the games I've played with him I feel like he just does things to amuse himself.

This is a good post and is why I don't allow hydras at Jetnation. It creates way more to much think about than just a single player to read. Regardless of what Lizabeth has stated this post is a calm and rationale defense.

 

 

I agree with crusher on this.  I have never been a hydra, doesn't mean I don't want to try it at some point though.  However, they are confusing to read.
