1 & 2 cheers, given Liz/Mrs Clov have been a lead train both days I don't think I'd call them a majority town read by any stretch, but guess if the really active players are saying that it might seem so :)

 

3 probably a matter of opinion as opposed to outright wrong (and apologies if this gets rambly)

 

Mostly because it assumes there is a deep wolf. Town lose far more games hunting none existent deep wolves then they lose by their being one. But also, lynching the obvious wolves will gather more information that can then be used to out the deep wolf if there is one

 

For example in whichever game it was that you were in with AJ when he was actually town. There was a 5-5(?) vote split between you and mafia that broke in mafias favour and you claimed and the vote went to mafia you were NK etc. 3 of the 4 mislynches(?) were on people that were voting mafia over you Day 1 pre claim, all were town (mostly unsurprisingly). Dice and AJ in particular were pretty strong consensus town reads early on and then people tinfoiled and lynched them because 'deep wolf'

Ok. Had to wait for mod conformation about if I could even talk about it.

 

Last night, presumably at the beginning of night phase, I was to make a choice. I can't go into specifics because of mod communication and whatnot, but suffice to say I'm worried about the result of the choice.

 

Due to the obscure nature of the question, it feels like depending on what I picked, one of us will die. If there's a doc, and they have nothing better to do, I would like protection. I don't trust the outcome of this role, whatever it's doing.

 

If it's result is a kill, I would like to thwart it. It does not feel like a town ability.

I'm backreading - will respond to current stuff in a bit - but I just wanted to mark this because I'm not sure if people have gone back to it yet?

 

MrsClov was pointing out that Eldrick knew he was targeted, which means that his team knew that there was a possibility that he was investigated, which means they could organize accordingly.

 

Maybe this is already being explored, but I didnt' want it to get lost.

I'm also feeling pretty good about Seph. Partly a tone read but also in terms of the things he's focused on.

Okay, so I did my best to reread itt but realized I was running out of time.  decided to try and do a reads list but decided too late.  I was going to go in order then realized my best bet was to go by the ones that were more important to me.  Then I got stuck in circular reasoning myself.  DPR - the damn dirty pirate (DreadPirateRoberts): null/slight townie:  I don't like his harsh mouth but I do like the points he makes wrt liz/mc and eldrick.  However, this quote, "No no no - I'm setting up the mislynches. I do this by using logic everyone can see, but that won't work and only I will know it because I am teh scum." makes me cringe for two reasons: 1. because I know it is probably just a joke but it's almost as bad as asking, "who are our scum partners?" which he vehemently opposed. 2. He could be telling the truth.  I am going with number 1 for right now. PAFO.

 Eldrick the Kid (Eldrick4221): null/slight scummy: I know that I had him as townie but some things have changed.  For instance it has been brought up that he's not as investigatively as he usually is and what people are calling circular reasoning.  I had to look it up on google but don't think its the same as the fact  that he has been using the same reasons/thoughts over and over.  It seems like it should be but the example they gave was: The bible is inerrant as first logic set and whatever the bible says is true as the second logic set.  So I don't see that as being using the same reasoning over and over as...OKAY....now that I've written it out...I guess its the same as using the same reasons/thoughts over and over.

"who do you think my scummates are?" I am on the edge when it comes to them, Mainly because it is a hydra.  I have found most of liz posts to be null/slightly scummy and mc's to be null/slightly townie.

11. Rootin Tootin Seph (seph):  NULL/SLIGHT TOWNIE: I like how he urged liza to get answers for the questions she was asking and to post her thoughts to those answers ITT, I also like the fact that when he noticed that he was wrong, he apologized.

Crushlove the Bacon Bandit (The Crusher): NULL/MEDIUM TOWNIE : I like how he confronted liz/mc about post #309 (I know its the dreaded post) However, he could have been a little nicer.  I also like how he confronted seph about seph's mistake until seph corrected it.  I don't think scum would do that. I like the fact that he is upfront and gets to the point.

Think Kronos, Darthe, Tiink look good from yesterday, Seph looks the best from Day 1

 

Cuth, DPR have superficial things that look good regarding early stances on known mafia, both need examining in far more detail.

 

WiFi comes down to various posts, there aren't any that Ive seen that I don't think she couldn't make as mafia, but combined I think is more likely from town

 

Still need to read the buildup to the Liz/mrs Clov trains day 1, lizs frustration reads genuinely to me but I'm bad at reading that

 

Hallia again has superficial stuff that looks good regarding her position on Eldrick Day 1, I just don't recall much from her

 

Crusher sounds ok, but lolme at tonereading

 

I don't recall much from Cass outside early Zanderisms

 

Dice I felt uneasy reading presub but am now questioning the read
