Every town has been trying to solve this game, everyone does it differently. There is of course basic rules you can follow but You can't be right all the damn time.

Of course I contributed - I was on Eldrick both days and posted examples of scummy play after scummy play. I've also posted examples of multiple scummy plays by liz/clov, so take that as you will. Then toss yourself and Cuth into the same basket. Now, you can't all be scum, but your craptastic mafia skillz have done nothing but muddy the water all game, so what I'm saying is dry your tears and get on with the business. Start fresh. If your scum, it'll show soon soon enough. 

 

The problem with "everyone does it differently" is that some people just suck at it and screw it up for the rest. No need to apologize, but stopping the sh*tposting would be appreciated - honestly, between the 3 of you, half of the posts in this game go on and on about how town Eldrick was. That needs to stop with a quickness.

Tbf I was being investigative dpr, it's easy to see that they were pulled in. Good news is they tunneled hard and far, and put in way too much effort for your average wolf

As an exercise this is mostly to help me find a way into the game.

 

Seph basically jumped around between Eldrick, NB and Liz/Mrs Clov and winded up defending Liz/Mrs Clov. Even given NB was on Eldrick at multiple points, Seph would be busting pretty much all day, seems unlikely

 

Cuth started the train on NB, again although not impossible ( ) hard bussing like that is unlikely

 

DPR was on Eldrick early before switching, Hallia restarted the train on Eldrick quite late in the day, I don't think either of these are as telling as the other 2 votes, but still look good

 

Crusher broke the tie on NB/LizMrsClov which is superficially good, but came after NB had already given up, so I can't place the vote as more than null

I'm not sure about the rest of the night, but most of this weekend the hydra will just be me. Liz has IRL stuff going on. 

 

Pretty much just going to try and start on a clean slate because I really didn't expect Eldrick to flip scum. I can never accurately account for bussing. :/ 

 

On a non-game related note. Some kind stranger in front of me bought my starbucks coffee just to be nice. Free coffee is best coffee.

Ah, thanks for that. The site I originally played on a few years ago it didn't seem like it was a big thing unless it was absolutely necessary, so it's kind of new territory for me to try and figure out.

I was saying that in the context of this game. The heat on another player (you) was too strong for them to just bus hard on NB. Eldrick being a momentum swing on NB was probably the "bussing" moment for D1 since both of them were potentially up for lynch. I don't think that that happens if the plan early on was to bus which is why I'm pretty much clearing you. 

 

Bussing doesn't happen as much on D2 because you're down a man, killed a VT in the night and it makes less sense to bus Eldrick since Eldrick had town equity from the NB lynch and could've swung in a lot of other directions. As a result I don't really think Darthe is scum either but I'll have to reread him. 

 

I think seph's reasoning on Darthe is off and it looks clear in that post that he's misrepping Darthe's interactions with Liz.

but this kind of comes down to reading Eldrick. He probably picks Darthe here because previous phase people had voiced wanting to lynch him rather than it being a bus move. Either way no one picked up on it and he gave up on it quite quickly so it makes it seem even less bus-y.

 

I don't think both Seph and Eldrick are scum so I'm willing to clear him as well. I like DPR so far and I like Crush so I don't want to entertain them as scum too much either.

 

DPR, Cass, Kronos, Seph, Crush, KizClov. Gun to the head I'd say these people are town. I'd say Cuth could be town but he's also playing so off that I guess at some point you have to wonder wtf is going on.
