Yeah, I knew it was a random thing too. I didn't know it was a shooter. I thought it was a vote thing. But I definitely read, in either the set up post or the additional info post that the target was randomly selected.

Yay I got a mis rep. If you think he is just being mean then just call him out. Don't go asking other people what they think of him. I don't like the name calling so I tell him. Len was a bit hard in that game but he apologised and said he'd come in with a different site attitude and once he'd set the tone he couldn't really change it cos he was mafia. Wow. Reminds me of other chats we've had. So, just because you don't like how someone plays, that doesn't mean they are a bad guy. You've got to learn and look at what they actually do, and how that affects the game. And apparently all this is quite tame compared to other sites anyways.

You've read the rest of the game right? People don't believe that Dice is a cop. They certainly don't have to believe that someone was just being nice. I certainly didn't believe him but you've not called me out for mis repping.

What even was that slip anyways? Do you know what it was? What was the mis rep? Do you think DPR is Mafia? If so, why not vote for him yourself instead of encouraging others to vote for him. I was just seeing DPR agree with me that a sudden defense of someone I'd voted was not normal behaviour. And Marsh even said he did that to see what would happen. But I thought he only said he planned it because I was voting him and then other people were voting him and he'd got backed up in a corner. So I'm like good, I'm not the only person who thought that was super suss. I was wrong though. I dunno, I just think that if DPR was mafia he'd be doing more than telling us to think for ourselves and re-read certain things. I'm pretty sure a Mafia would want people to do more than 'form their own opinions' and he seems genuinely frustrated that they can't see something that's super obvious to him? I think Mafia DPR would have just told us what was so important because then it would have helped the Mafia team for us to know. I see you also being very neutral about everything and wanting players opinions on other players. Why don't you tell me your thoughts now on DPR?

But there was the whole weirdness when he gave his result. Like it took several posts and a mod check? Mods don't generally put stuff in PMs that give an advantage and if he was the cop and got a no result then that would generally mean his action had been blocked. I don't think I'd ever worry about getting killed for giving a no result result. But a Mafia wouldn't waste a fake claim cop with a garbage no result? Or would they because then they wouldn't have to give a name out. I hate this.

So I've had a bit of a look through on people I mostly trust to see their viewpoint on the Dice thing. And even Dice says we shouldn't 100% believe him and if someone counter claims we should Lynch them first? But I think Nyn is town and she said absolutely a Mafia would do this. And I'm sure DPR is up to something and had a plan, but I don't know what it is. But my feels are that it's a Town positive plan. I don't think he'd be asking people to do the reading. I think he's watching for something to happen. But I'm not you guys and I've not seen this happen in my games. But I acknowledge that it could still be a possibility. But no one knows for sure and I'm not gonna get spun around so for now, unless there ever is a counter claim or he gets a read I'm gonna keep treating him as if he is Town Cop cos that was my first impression. Also, if he was actually Mafia, why would he bother with the whole No Result thing? Wouldn't he have also pretended to get a Mafia read on someone to stir up even more muddles? I mean he could have actually given a real Mafia person. Like why go half arsed at a fake claim? Fluff this. I'm not spiralling into wifom

And I did get my list from Ed Which had an awful lot of neutral in it as well. So what I'm starting to look for is people who are being very very neutral and not wanting to be tied to one view or another, because that helps them stay out of focus in the game. People are more likely to react or respond to people who have the same or opposite views to their own. And that allows the neutrals to keep out of sight.
