the fires make it look likely it's bel tine, though it can still be the battle before shadar logoth where moiraine made a wall of fire.

as for the sentence, it could come from anywhere, or it could even be something made just for the teaser.

mostly, i wonder if this means we'll get a trailer sooner (so they are building hype again) or we are not getting a trailer (so they are giving us little tidbits)

We have had Audio of Perrin and Egwene, then audio and Mats Dagger, then Audio and Morraine, now audio and Lan. That leaves 2 more of these mini teasers to go. My prediction for the next one is Nynaeve scowling and saying something like “you think you know us, you will pay for what you have done” the last one will be Rand saying something like “i will not be your Puppet, he is my father”

I hope the teasers thus far are just that, NOT actually dialogue from the show. But yah - I'm impressed by the little I saw of the clip above.

I really enjoyed this teaser. In fact, they have all been awesome.

While reading (and re-reading) I've always pictured Lan as an Asian Keanu Reeves, so this clip is basically my head cannon coming to life.  Amazing.  Well done.  I want more. 

Yeah, I always envisioned Lan as somewhere half between a Samurai and a mideval knight. So I like this... I would love it if we got a full trailer in the next couple months.
