I really like it. I was a bit hesitant because her appearance didn't match the one I had of Moiraine in my head, but the voice sounds great and I'm warming up to her look.

I’m guessing it must be hard to do an ageless look on screen ? 

Also she’s meant to have a blue stone dangling on her forehead? It’s part of her culture and a hidden Ter’angreal ?

I think they intentionally had to can the "ageless" idea if I remember reading somewhere. Too much post-production for something that is ultimately not essential to the story.

The stone is not a ter-angreal - only a focus for concentration - and she doesnt wear it all the time.
