Would you describe your typical wolf game as low volume and lurky?

i'm just stating the obvious. IMO, it's a weak defense that she has. She is on the WTL list of a lot of people, and I do think there's a wolf in her slot. 

 

She was more... fiesty... as town the previous games she was in, in my opinion.

You can surely understand that a 100 post difference will stand out, and the content of the posts matter too. I think for all the D1 joking you were pretty on point with trying to discern people's alignment, vs D2 you spoke on a number of tangents.

The thing that sticks out to me about nyn/Zander though is nyn's initial post.

 

It feels to me like she was referring to getting town. I'm not usually one to look into initial reactions, but I keep seeing it when I go back to pg1 for player list.

Doc save could stop doubletaps. I've seen it often enough. Kiv could have been a town vig shot. Kiv could have been from an SK who's holstering to claim town vig later. SK could be holstering because they're as screwed as the rest of us if mafia gain majority and they wanted another phase to think about it. Mafia could have hit a SK with a bpv and SK could have hit a docced target. Etc etc etc there are a ton of possibilities and I think scum burning a 1x bonus kill on Kivam is towards the bottom of them.

 

I dont see Scum shooting someone who was still a mislynch candidate in that spot.

I beieve thane starts the celeste train (which is fine imo) now if celeste was actually mafia they arn't just going to bus her here with a town besie still very much on the block.

This makes no sense for mafia to bus in this situation and to lynch a teamate when It really was never required in the first place.

 

Zander WAS voting Turin. He moved from Turin to Celeste when Turin claimed.

 

ok thanks, what do you think about the overall theory here? I know turin likes to fakeclaim as mafia, but he claimed in a good spot imo. I doubt mafia put SCUM celeste in a position for a mason to make the final desicion on her fate

That's not terrible reasoning. But let's look at Celeste. If she's a wolf, her team's been soft bussing her all game, because there's really nothing to defend her with and clearly not a single villager has had her above null. You read her town on her own merits, you have to explain why. If she's your scum mate that's a really uncomfortable position to be in.

 

So Turin claims a PR. If it's true--and it seems plausible to me--where do you go? All in on Besie is one option. Off-wagon is another, or fake doubt the claim and push Turin anyway but that requires some quick RT thinking to justify. Other option is to put your money where your mouth has been on the bus and hope for the best.

 

I guess what I'm getting at is that a part of me agrees with you but it's important to look at each player individually irt their previous stances vs the flow of their votes.

 

When I get back to my PC I'll look at it a bit more.

Dice has good potential to be a wolf. I keep forgetting he is in this game and thats his major wolf tell of old. He has been putting a lot more effort into towning the past year or so

At eod I try very hard to move votes off of kivam, and surprise one of the few people who try to follow me is dice. Why would you ever follow your top scum read? it reminds me when darthe had a cfd on leelou as the godfather with minutes left at eod.

 

 

So from what I saw from dice's iso on d1, He sussed nyn and besie, calls me scum and his only vote he wants to make is me.

d2. He starts out with a post calling me scum again, He susses turin saying he could possibly vote there (which to me looked like a fail safe) HE doesn't want to vote there but if he has to he is trying to not make it look suspicious with that post.

 

and then later on today we have A post saying he does not want to lynch besie with absolute no progression from d1

You sound like you are mafia that is taking heat unjustifiably from your PoV. You say that you are reading the thread and keeping up but you only sheeped Thane both days when it came time to vote. Your only real read of the game seems to be Seph ( which I really think could be mafia distancing as you have been mostly at each other but not really making real cases). Most of what you have been active in discussing has been setup or tangential things like activity based on number of posts or fake annoyance about things that really shouldn't cause that sort of annoyance. I just thought about something Shad mentioned during Ghostbusters. About how you seemed happy abour playing despite some IRL issues going on. I don't feel that happiness here. You seem mostly grunpy for no reason.
