He subbed into a scum slot.  He was forced to maintain his old reads but he half-asses all of them.  He revs down on protecting Besie as the heat on her revs up.  He's not interested in scum hunting.  He doesn't care about people's motives.  His WIM took a club to the head long before she got lynched over one of his scum reads.  He feels legit bad that she got lynched in her first town game but he had to let it happen and he sort of dispersed into the aether as it got down to the wire on deciding between continuing to protect her and securing a mislynch.  Like less than 20 minutes between EoD he's talking about how he thinks it's bad that two afk players are lingering on an old wagon.  This is his head was at.  Does anyone in their right mind think this is town?

A new morning hit the camp, and the news of the deaths saddened them all. It also made it clear that there were people with malicious intent in their midst, and they would now have to take every precaution necessary in order to find the culprit.

 

They began questioning each other. Cautiously at first. Almost nobody was exempt from the prying eyes of their fellow survivors. It soon became clear that two were under more heavy suspicion than others, and the survivors gathered around them to cast their votes.

 

 

 

Sun was one of the people who was being suspected. Why she could not understand. Her limited knowledge of English made it hard to distinguish why her responses to their questions were regarded as more suspicious than other people's responses.

 

No matter her protests the votes did not go in her favor. They dug a hole in the ground and placed her there. Little did they know that poisonous gas was going to flow up from the ground and kill her.

 

 

Besie has been lynched. She was Sun Hwa-Kwon, vanilla town.

 

 

 

 

Can everyone give me their preference as to if they want to stick to a strict 24 hour night, or if I should process and start day as soon as all orders are in? I won't make changes until I have votes from everyone.

I'm starting to gloss over that argument but the whole thing feels like a waste of time.  Get invested in the game for real instead of debating role nonsense with SIli and let us hear your stances.  You can't hide that way if you're a wolf and if you're a villager better to let it out with as many towns left alive as possible because it's hella easy for a scum team to convince one or two towns to vote you.

About the only negative is that he didn't bring up the rebuttal I expected most.

 

The activity talk is benign because it's objectively wrong. Dice's activity is not even close to being outside of his town range and he can argue that all day whatever his alignment.

I haven't liked Turin at all. My PoE for now is Turin > Darthe > Zander 2.0. I regret switching to besie but it was out of self pres and nobody was going to trust me on Turin.

 

this struck me as fake.  i may be wrong. Can anyone confirm celeste indicated that it was for self presevation at the time?

Eldrick wanted to explain himself, and I wanted to make it clear there was no explanation possible. You know he did exactly this sort of thing last time he was a wolf. It was fascinating.

To be fair, I don't entirely believe that Eldrick's actions are lock scum. Yet my view is that Eldirck wanted to push someone, latched onto the tmi argument and talked about just that for 3 days, and asked for the vigilante to claim because he thought he could justify it, and also because it gave him more information.

 

And I know he has lapses, but three days, one bad case, no iteration? Come on. This is a wolf who was slanking most of the time.

A few of my notes:

 

By Zander standards he's incredibly chill with letting Besie's lynch go through.

 

Pretty much forgets about all his Lenlo suss when Turin becomes the main wagon and goes at him instead.

 

Instant trust of Turin's claim.

 

A few sporadic "Celeste's wolfy" posts.

 

No scum hunting to speak of really. Lots of confusion and conversations that lead nowhere.
