I'm not playing?  This is news to me, I thought I was doing well for someone who isn't attempting to lead the game.  I question your motivation though, considering that there are better examples of this than I who you've ignored, a la Thane (since your argument is against my effort and not my alignment) and Celeste.  Yet you're not pushing them, not at all.

Because it was irrelevant. It was the initial post that is damning. Think back to the Eldrick voting Thane and then Turin back when Eld and Thane were mafia together. That is what it means to slip. Just because she (and he did as well) went back and caught it does not erase the first post.

I am more inclined to correct statements like that as a villager for a number of reasons. Whether they apply to Besie depends on how her mind ticks, but I think it's absolutely relevant to a degree.

when it is a true slip I don't think so. It is the subconscious connection that creates it and then it is there. Correcting afterwards doesn't erase the initial statement.

 

There is no undo button.

 

At least that is my opinion. You can mitigate by making other actions that might override but I don't think Bes has done that. Again my opinion. I made my case. Agree and lynch her or not at your choice.

 

 

The majority of things that get labeled slips really aren't.

 

That's why it's one of those things I just kind of tuck away.  I don't forget about them but they shouldn't be the meat of a case.

 

My point is more how people react to things that can be perceived as slips.  When I'm town idgaf about appearance, and if I post something that isn't quite what I meant I'm going to correct it because I couldn't care less if people want to label it a slip.  I sort of want attention drawn to it, half the time, because everything you say and do is useful towards reactions.

 

When I'm scum I'm way way way more inclined to just brush it under the rug and hope no one notices.  Like I made a big slip in I think Friends and said "lololol outed myself in ###" in scum qt and never mentioned it in thread, and no one noticed, and life moved on and I won the game.

 

Doesn't mean a = town and b = scum.  It just means reactions to your own posts are relevant to an extent.

Why can you not understand? I never doubted the numbers themselves. To fake the data would be beyond foolish. I stated that you put people you wanted to make look worse higher on the list WITHIN the limits you could. Example: Shad, Hallia and Seph all had 3 points. Shad(claimed mason) and Hallia (dead townie) were placed higher than Seph, who I have as a suspect.
