First - RTE. Obviously I like his vote on Zander since my vote is there as well. What I don´t understand is that he thinks Dice is mafia if Zander is town. I don´t get that logic at all.

Zander, I know you have been voting Turin. But if you were town that have found someone lying that way I think you should have sticked to your case and not give it up. Now it looked like Shad found something and you agreed with it but let it go.

You did the questioning to get a clear answer - was one of them lying? Both said yes. Turin has stressed this but it seems like Zander doesn´t focus on it much at all. He doesn´t even vote Turin anymore. I don´t think it´s townie behaviour. I don´t feel like he is trying to convince us strong enough that Turin is mafia. Do you see what I mean? What is your take on all of this?

Lenlo feels engaged particularly the discussion with Zander

 

Zander seems genuinely frustrated which I associate more with town!Zander. I'm sort of surprised by how strongly the reaction was against him following Turin's claim, considering that it's all on out of thread stuff. Difficult to have much confidence in this read while he's under pressure though

 

Shad's been digging in and seems to be ramping up, he's asking a lot of questions about Zander/Turin and doesn't seem predetermined to an answer but I don't recall a stance yet.

 

Feel good about Hallia, her read through feels pretty transparent,

 

I'm not feeling as confident about Turin as I'd like and probably want to think on it for a while. The early cases are null/townish for Turin. I think the thing that bugs me is how focused he's been on Dice/Zander, I'd expect a broader focus than this. Against that is the claim, and Turin has very much built it to him vs. Zander and I don't think that comes from mafia very often.

 

Dice is mixed, his vote on Turin just felt like town! Dice and some of his 'stubbornness' (that's not the word I'm looking for, but I can't think of a better one right now), but the Dice/John stuff was weird and I know he fools me tonewise when he's defending himself.

 

 

Remaining 5 is really just that I have least reason to think they're town.

 

I'm not sure I buy Laine's reaction to Tsuki's claim, but I could follow her catch up posts easily enough, she hasn't hit any of the town tells I trust for her yet. Don't remember much from RTE, Rey's pretty null, he seems to have dropped off, but that may just be due to the weekend, I liked his early tone/comfort level in thread, but I don't remember enough of his stances. I want to say that Niniel's level of engagement is good as is taking early stances, but I don't read her well early game. Eldrick's level of engagement is good at a surface level, but needs to be sustained before I'll trust it, need to ISO for specific stances.

 

Why is Eld so low on your list? What do you mean "good at a surface level". I don´t like that he left Zander but before that he was one of my strongest town reads.

 

Laine has been high on my list too but she is moving down right now. She hasn´t contributed with something for a while. I´ll see what she has tomorrow.

It´s day 1. I can´t start to connect people when I don´t know your alignment. Right now I´m focused on you and I don´t see that I will change my vote today. (Unless something big happens.) It´s not that I´m discouraging people to talk but right now I just want day to end and see how you (or whover get lynched) flipps. I don´t think I will get wiser today the more people write.

No, I don´t think scum would play like that. He had just a few votes on him when he claimed (and several days to go until dl) so I can´t see him doing it to "drag one down" with him if he was mafia. I wasn´t fond of his play before the claim but since that I like his play better. He has a case and stick to it. (Unlike Zander.)

Lenlo and Shad are my top tier town reads. They haven't done anything scummy this game. Tsuki is in this tier because of his claim, but I'm still very skeptical about him cuz I didn't like him pre-claim.

 

Hally has moved down a notch since she subbed in. Her gameplay so far has been eh.

Laine has been towny when she's been here. I hope to see more from her, but her absence is hurting her read.

I haven't personally had a problem with turin. I like the case he has on zander. It feels like it's coming from a towny mindset.

 

Dice and Zander are a grey area for me. There have been things I liked and things I didn't. I'm not comfortable moving either of them to town right now, but I'm not sure if they're scum either.

 

My bottom 4 is bfg, nini, rte, and rey

 

I don't remember much from bfg. I don't think she's been around much. I did like her recent reads list, though.

 

Nini hasn't done anything scummy, but hasn't stuck out as Towny either.

 

Rey gives me the feeling of coasting. Not really digging in and trying to solve the game. And as I explained earlier, it felt like he was trying to throw shade on people, dice in particular stuck out to me, with his statistics groups.

 

Rte has been inactive almost to the point of lurking. His catchup/reads post was reiterated points and had consensus reads.

Dice. I can see the way Zander followed John as a distance opportunity and he was willing to switch to me. When he moved off me I would have expected him to move back to Dice who he was still calling likely mafia but he instead voted RTE? or Rey? The Rey TMI push is really weak also. That he seems to be in step with him pings.

 

Also, Dice just pings on his own. The NeighborIZER error? the not thinking that town would be more than willing to trade themselves for a mafia (especially a VT)? trying to flip his own error back onto Rey like it made Rey mafia. 

 

The third is someone that is lying back a bit. I would guess it would be in BFG/Eldrick/Shad(bit of tinfoil due to no vote to date). 

 

 

I think Len is town. Niniel I need to read over cause I don't have her either way yet. Alanna needs to post more so I can get a read on her. Same with Hallia but I had John as likely town so I'm not as worried about that slot at present. Rey is most likely town to me because he is getting bad heat from people I don't really trust. 

 

I think I'm missing someone but I have been focused on Z and Dice cause I really think they are both mafia.

You were voting Z earlier and claimed to switch to Rey in part to prevent a Z ninja hammer. Now you are saying he is grey. What caused the shift? Do you think that Rey is more likely mafia? Do you no longer think Zander is mafia?

What caused the shift was his read on rte, where he noticed the same things I did.

 

There's a lot of reasons piled against him though, and I'm reconsidering.

I've been considering voting dice for a while now. There have been things he's done that I thought were scummy, but after considering them, I saw how they could also come from a town mindset.

 

The fact that both you and Lenlo think he's scum is weighing in on this too. I have you both as town, and I know from experience that you have good D1 reads.

Eldrick, what has you undecided about Zander? Not too long ago you stated you were switching to Rey in part ( I assume no small part since you phrased it that way ) to prevent a ninja hammer of zander. That doesn't really read as undecided but more like giving it time.

 

Feels disconnected to me. Worrisome.

Why Eldrick?  What was your read on him before he started to think on me?  Were you sussing him previously?

 

He seems to be shifting his stance but not really explaining why it moved. It feels like he is just trying to deflect onto someone else. 

 

Eldrick was on my "watch" list because he is TWTBAWW even when town and some of the things he said troubled me but He had a few posts that I didn't think he makes as a wolf. I was looking more at you and dice tbh. 

 

What did you think about Dice and his confusions?
