Sorry for poor timing, I haven't had the time or tbqh the inclination to pull myself back to this game. I will try to address a few things I saw.

BTW, I'm Ross, vt. (Yes, not saying it means anything, but it is what it is)

Iirc Turin is the only one with the idea that there isn't a cop in this game.

 

This is false. Zander also spoke about this possibility. I was the most convinced, but I wasn't the only one to address the possibility.

 

Btw I want to see good reasons for votes. With no clear scum, and only 2 townies needed for a mislynch, this is important.

 this could easily be mafia getting their vote down and hoping to persuade the town it is "inevitable".  

I'm leaning toward voting Turin, but it's mostly a gut read, followed by the fact that he's been at the bottom of my "townie" list for a while, and isn't moving up. But I won't vote a man on his wedding day.

I am also leaning Turin. It's partly because of my tinfoil, and he's in my wtl. If I'm right about shad, and hally is telling the truth, it's a 50/50 shot for turin to be scum. I think the tinfoil is a good enough reason.

It's unlikely that Hally is scum. Just because I didn't like her game doesn't mean she's scum. Both scenarios of scum!Hally viewing lily town don't make sense.

It makes great sense for mafia to fake cop and town view their partner in a game without a cop. They were both under serious pressure for today. They have both basically been taken off the table for today. If I get lynched today, tomorrow will be lylo. Will you be willing to test it then? How about if Hallia gives Red view? This needs resolution today.

 

Also, Eldrick, how did you get 50/50?

 

 

The biggest thing that is making me question Tab being scum is her reads list was exactly the same as mine. Different reasons but same placement, swapping each other ofc. I don't see scum copying my reads list. Town doing it means we agree on where the game is going.

 

I think Tab is likely town. But your idea that she agrees with you I don't agree with.

 

 

I tried to refrain from playing super aggressively, because that tends to be my towntell. As cop, of course I peeked Lily, it made the most sense.

Shad's position on the Lily train makes me suspicious.

 

Why would you NOT want to town tell as cop? You are at greater risk if getting run up and being forced to claim.

 

Why was Lily your obvious view? Do you usually view from the bottom up?

 

What about Shad's position makes you suspicious?

Hallia stated herself that she thought the wagons were tied at four when she switched and hammered Thane. If she was unsure or thought either was viable then why switch at all. To.make that change imo she has to be very sure lily is town. If that is so how is Lily the best view?

 

The claim was a bit weird to me as well. but the reasoning was worse. "It would have been easy to lynch Lily, and I was getting heat".

 

Zander said if he died, lynch Lily and take a hard look at Hallia and me. pretty good way to get themselves off the lynch list for today.

 

Lily just said she has suspicion of a hallia and Turin team. it her vote is on Me. Not the claimed cop.

I've been having issues with my computer again all day. Something is seriously wrong with it, and I'm trying with my limited knowledge to fix what I can. I've been getting the blue screen of death more times than I want to think about today. I wanted to catch Taborline when she was online, but I don't know if she is anymore.

Had I been voting Turin instead of Taborline he would have been at L-1 now instead of L-2. I hoped he would come back in and give more opinions, and I also wanted to see if anyone else were willing to vote Taborline with me instead of voting Turin. It was both a fishing expedition in the hopes of getting to discuss with her some more, and also to see if any scums wanted to save Turin.

 

Anyway, not much time left on the clock now to reread Turin like I wanted to. I'm going to try.

There has been so little solving today. Most people have said they don't know who to vote for one reason or another.

 

Shad and I had our exchange, which has people wondering our alignments. Consensus is that it's v/w or v/v which is true.

 

Nobody seems to be trying to figure out the game much today. I need more effort from my fellow townies.

 

Tab went back to look over Turin, but hasn't really produced results from it. That concerns me.

 

Hally is starting to make an effort here. I'm liking what I see recently.

 

Sooh answered my questions about current topics, but I'd like to see more solving from her.

 

Lily and Tab are the ones that seem to be lost as far as how to proceed from here. I'm curious to see what they do. Lily commented on being willing to vote turin, but used the excuse that it's his wedding day. I don't like that you're using rl stuff as an excuse after getting on my case about my comment about shad's headache. Do you still intend to vote him? If not, why?

 

I told you what I thought, that I could see it possible that he is scum based on his pushing for Thane, and that I'm wondering about the business to do with him consistently bringing up the "I doubt there's a cop" line. I think I would be willing to vote for him today, but it's difficult without him being around to say anything.

Shad - Solving, asking good questions. Mainly on the same page as me, or if not I can usually understand where he's coming from.

Zander - I like most of his posts and thoughts so far this game, and he seems to have good observations.

 

Null to town: 

Taborline - High on my nulls list, because I don't think being diplomatic is in itself scummy. 

 

Null: 

Lily - She has had some presence this game, but I want more in order to call her town. I can sort of see what Eldrick was talking about when he pointed out her unwillingness to vote Thane, but at the same time I think her rapid succession on Eldrick later shows much less concern about how things look. The way she seems to almost be sheeping others is what's keeping her here.

Turin - We usually see things differently, I think last game was the exception to that rule though. I need to mull things over more about Turin though.

 

Scum:

Eldrick - I'm slightly swayed by rereading and nodding to a number of early posts of his, plus his AtE which seemed genuine (but I suppose it could have been just as genuine if posted from a scum pov). There are currently more things pointing in the opposite direction though.

Thane - I feel like he's just slanking along this game. It reminds me a lot about his scum games. 

Hallia - Little in terms of presence and solving. The vote on Lily is not great, and I'm also not convinced by later attempts to justify it.

 

WTL bottom 3 at this point. 

 

Only thing catching my eye up to this point is I'd have expected Thane as more of a null read based on her previous comments.  Was there anything that put him in your wtl pile at this point besides the 'slanking'?

No, at that point it wasn't, I was just feeling more suspicious of him than of you or any of my nulls, that's why I arranged it that way. As you know, the further into the game he gets with low level involvement, the higher the chance of him being mafia. At that point I felt we had gotten far enough.

The switch to lynch townie Thane over Lily that she had as I assume no better than null (my opinoon) doesn't make sense to me.

The manner if the claim felt preemptive to me. Like they knew they were both gonna be under pressure and decided this was the best way to protect themselves.
