Since your game is over I'll post a question for Thane... What doctor did you stop watching Dr. Who on?  If the 12th doctor then you should be able to watch his episodes until the end of February on the BBC website (If your cable provider is partnered with them and allows you to stream it).  Otherwise will have to wait for BBC to offer their Netflix like streaming service and subscribe or trial to it.

Thane the claim was funny. And it was executed well enough. Would have ended killing you first, anyhow. But kudos for making me second guess myself.

 

In case you're interested in my rationale of night choices, a big part of it was forced on me because I couldn't protect the same person twice in a row. So I was always somewhat limited in my choices. Which is good because it narrowed things down for me (but really, I hated it lol).

 

I protected Lily, I think N1 for obvious reasons. I was surprised that Turin 1.0 got shot, but I just figured scum saw what I saw and assumed she'd be protected. N2 I protected myself, because I couldn't protect Lily again. Me being targeted that night was interesting. Before that I named BG, Thane and Eldrick as the scum team so that made me feel a ton better about that direction. And it was fun to play dumb about what happened that night. Ever so thankful to Eldrick for giving me the room to do that *wink*   Plus I was..... curious... as to why yet again they wouldn't try at Lily.

 

Once the counterclaims were out, I figured they wouldn't shoot her anyhow. Because her flip outs the liar. So I protected Zander next because I was pretty sure he was town. And I couldn't self protect anyhow. I did question if I should protect BFG but they didn't seem that concerned with her, even though she was consensus town read. Guess they were more worried with PR hunting... and Zander was doing well and pretending to be the doc. Not to mention that there was a very good chance that as doc he'd choose to protect me.

 

And then the last night I self protected because I thought scum thought Zander was the doc at this point.... and would gun for me again. Guessing you just figured it was end game time and just shot Lily. Thanks for that.... I was banking on her just getting NKed so we can finish it lol  That's why I had no issues wit not protecting the cop.

I could have let Lily live and tried to survive another day, but it was clear that the wolves weren't going to win and i decide to go for lolz a bit. Hope I didn't frustrate all of you too much. My tinfoils moments on Lily had a lot to do with me knowing for a fact that scum was always shooting outside of her. Even with a guilty on BG it seemed bizarre to me that they wouldn't even try once... considering the more views she got, the more likely it was that she was gonna get MORE guilties. It was even stranger  when they could clearly see that the doc was protecting out of Lily and still didn't go for it.. Luckily Lily's game was fairly clean So just content wise she was always getting lynched after Thane was.

I think Lily's little outburst about her thinking players were speculating on her being the cop must have drawn scum's attention. I know it would draw mine if I was scum. So even if she's not the cop...  though I think she could very well be and just had a blond moment...... I feel like they might shoot there tonight for cop hunting purposes.

 

And of course, I rather have the ability to protect myself in the following night if need be. So unless I'm making scum sh*t their panties right now... which I very much doubt cause the Nolder lynch ended badly ... I think It am PROLLY safe tonight. Maybe?  lol

I was trying to play dumb on thread when Eldrick was digging to see if I was the doc and that i self protected. I tried to play dumb, but odds are that didn't work LOL   So I don't really expect to survive the night :P Oh well. At least my death would secure another viewing result. That's more than enough. =)

Rationale is basically.... 

 

Can't protect myself. If I get shot tonight, it doesn't really matter who I target.

 

If lily is the cop? Scum aren't gonna shoot her, otherwise they out Thane as a lying liar that lies. Plus they're gonna assume she's protected.

 

If lily is scum? Then I shouldn't be protecting her lol. And that would mean Thane is telling the truth... but again, they wouldn't shoot him, otherwise it outs Lily. But hey... if they do? All the better for us, I guess. No one is gonna believe Thane until we see his or Lily's flip anyhow and lynch order wise he'd go before Lily does so... NK would speed the process. 

 

 

Zander might get shot tonight either because they suspect he's the doc.... or, if Thane is being truthful, just by clearing him. So... seems like the reasonable thing to do.....  considering I can't self protect. Cause that would be my first choice, really.

I don't think you not being clear enough was the problem. There were just people that seemed scummier. Thane is a tough read for me either way.... so always hard to tell with him. He always says weird things and it's hard to decide if that's just thane being thane or if it actually has scummy implications. But later in the game when you encouraged me to ISO him... I did pick up on quite a few pings. So better late than ever? lol

Turin's mafia game is definitely marmite. I mean I love him but I asked to be a replacement in his last game cos he was doing my head in and I wanted to kill him with a baseball bat lol

 

I don't think he was that bad this time but him being gone smoothed out the town play and they got the win. He gets a bit frustrated cos he enjoys playing and never gets a long game.

 

We were worried about alanna seeming so overwhelmed so we're thinking cory was probably being like morton harkett in the take on me video cos he couldn't help. We didn't need to know that but it's cool

Like I said, it was really nice to be able to just automatically clear you. One slot I never had to worry about. And the research you did, specifically on thane irt dead payers subbing in was pretty amazing. I commend you for the patience.

That is insanely impressive Nyn. FTR I didn't suspect Lily until D2. I didn't pick up on her D1 like you did. D2 I only did cuz she was pushing BG so strongly. But I still had my doubts. She could have just as easily had a scum lean on him. When she asked me my opinion on him, I responded like I would to any townie.
