If you leave the last triad alive, there will be 2 NKS again tonight and town loses.

 

The only hope is to lynch the last Triad, take 1 NK tonight and then 50/50 gamble on tomorrow's lynch with competing trains. That's the only way town wins.

How do you know there's only 1 triad left? There were 2 nights unaccounted for.
