Been trying to reread the past 10 pages or so but it's just not happening.

too distracted tonight. I'll just have to do a bigger reread after night falls I think.

Pral is absent.

I'm fine with a lynch on an inactive but that's all that is.

Csarmi is almost in the same bag.

No idea why Lenlo is on your list.

I've been distant so this makes sense I guess, I don't want to be lynched though please.

And Kaylee I don't have many notes on but she's positive for me so dunno what you found lynchworthy.

Nolder. I don't want to lynch an inactive like Pral. Give him to tomorrow and let him give us a reason to lynch him. Otherwise, we're going into tomorrow without the information of why people voted in this lynch. IRT Kaylee, she doesn't feel invested in her reads to me. I think that is deserving of having her in the POE at this point. I think Wish is noting the same thing in #1300?

See, that's the thing, and maybe you're sincere about it but it's always "tomorrow" with too many people.

It just never ends up happening which is why I tend not to bother in most games anymore.

It only leads to accusations of me being scum going for an easy lynch.

I don't object to anyone having Kaylee in a POE for lynch but she's not in mine.

I'm pretty sure it's just "tomorrow" with Celeste if she doesn't improve and tomorrow with Pral because there's not enough info yet.

Okay, so get this. Let's say we have a player that hasn't done anything all of day 1. We can't read them. There is a chance they are mafia. There is a chance they are town. They are more likely town than mafia, because let's face it: town outnumbers mafia. Why would you NOT give that person more time to prove themselves one way or another and just lynch them because there's a CHANCE they're mafia? Additionally, you lynch that inactive. They flip town. Now you have people that voted that inactive because they're unknown and scary and blah blah blah. What info are you gaining from that as opposed to lynching someone who has been contributing and has reads on other players and has interacted, etc?

I don't know about you, but I think it is more beneficial for the town to not lynch an inactive player d1 due to the loss of information and the potential that they're just an easy mislynch. Go ahead and lynch Pral if you like, I'm not going to stop you, but I'm not going to help you either. Those are just my thoughts.

Now, what I'm NOT saying, is let an inactive last until endgame. DO NOT DO THAT. THEY WILL SINK THE TOWN. But at least give them to day 2 so we can get more information on them so that when we DO have to lynch them, it creates a little more information for us than blindly lynching d1.

Pizza I've been catching up for two hours and I'm literally still over 10 pages behind.

I can't complain.

My taking notes for every single post thing kind of crapped out in the 500s, and the next thing I knew it was over 1000, so I had half the game to do, and this was after Turin claimed.

I wasn't going to get a good read carefully combing through like 600 posts one at a time. That's when crumple up paper, do traditional iso time began.

Ok so I just want to say that NORMALLY my position is that claims (especially on D1 and especially under pressure) don't matter.
If you were suspicious of someone a claim should not change your position.

That said, in this specific case I believe Turin.

I'll even says he's at -0.5 in my notes right now.

So for what it's worth to anyone I believe this claim is legit.

Why isn't Turin towntelling better?

I'm asking you because you have him negative right now but you believe his claim. He's done nothing to show he's town. Even if someone is busy, they can town tell in the few posts they're able to have. It's not the effort that someone puts in, it's how they do it when they are around.

Alanna your original question still makes no sense imo my dear. And this response still doesnt make anything about it any clearer or better.

Both of Laine's posts made perfect sense to me. Why are we so out of sync in this game?

I want to lynch between these three today: Pral, Celeste, Nomi.
Again, disagree. I'm not understanding Pizza as an option though. He's going to solve himself within the next two nights anyways.

I don't think I have enough experience with him to say whether that's true or not but my instinct is to disregard.
When I think I have scum I want to lynch them not wait to see what they do.

Is this banking on Celeste being town or mafia? Sometimes people are just scummy as town though. Nolder, what do you think of Pizza's more recent ISO of Celeste and the research he's done? Does that change your read of him? Why/why not?
No. I didn't read it. I doubt it would since afaik he didn't change his position.

@Laine What is your read on Nolder currently? Also does he remind you of rustlemania at all?

I always prefer a period and a space between the numbers and my notes, and it allows you to add that as a suffix. Not sure why it didn't copy over onto the site, it copied into my notes just fine. I think DM drops the space if it's not being used.

Essentially, I don't understand why you thought a note-taking system was something worth dropping randomly into the thread. I'm suspicious of motives by nature, and I question things when they stand out. This stood out. I'm after elaboration on your motives in your own words so I can try and read your alignment based on whether or not I find it easy to believe what you say. I can explain my light concern/thought-process further after you answer if you like?

We're not giving points for everything this time, that leads to runaway (Lenlo) scumreads which are sucky and don't reverse until it's problem. Instead posts which are likely town but more easily faked as scum are 0 with the word town next to it.
