No i havent done much work. Think i found some villagers, thats my approach for most of the game. Totally out of it (mafia) however so i lunno.

 

My fav scum game is trick or treat mafia. Ma fav town game. I dunno man. Maybe when i was hydra with Dice?

I can't cite a specific game in my years of being a wolf that I invested this heavily in a day one. So that is outside of my meta.

Do we have any reason to believe you've invested a lot of time into this game?  Time on par with say, NBC or WE?

 

My time stamps.

 

I've invested about 95% of my mafia playing time into this game and I'm in several others.

 

This is the game I feel (a) needs that much attention and work and thread presence and will benefit from an excellent day one (b) has several persons I have no meta on and thus requires more attention to form an opinion unless they wow me early like Cass did (like Dice did). and © I'd completely have a position on Zander by now or I wouldn't still be talking about him and will have moved on.

 

The sheer determination to solve Zander and the hours I put into that is extreme and not what I do as scum.

 

That's a meta thing that only I know, but if you wanted to find out for yourself, I could literally link you my past 10 consecutive games as scum, and you will see it's nowhere even close.

I like this comment. It's harder to make as scum than as town.

 

Reason being you haven't actually shown that work in game. If I go just by what you show, I would say you're on the lower end of D1 Pizza effort.

 

But you've made it very explicit that you are putting a lot of time into figuring out Zander. It's out-of-thread work. It's not visible to us.  And I'm well aware that it's quite a bit more work than ISOing most other people.

 

Scum!Pizza is pretty aware of what he's showing us.  That's probably the most important thing to him.  Make this statement on D1, with a lot of factcheckers still kicking, someone is liable to call you out on it.

 

Town!Pizza is actually doing work.  What he's showing isn't as important.

 

Not saying you couldn't say this as scum.  But you're probably less likely to.

One of the best things about knowing my scum game is knowing how to tell you how I'm not scum.

 

The problem is believing me. But if you believe my meta is that solid, I'm a villager.

Even the Darthe game, you could see clear differences. Lots of post count, but I think i spent a lot more time complaining about the posts per page, the number of pages to read, pretending to be behind, and generally dipping out of the thread within an hour or so.

 

Like, my patterns are sadly obvious but no one gives a crap enough to see those patterns. It's shameful really. But hey, if that's what I can do, that's what I can get away with, and that's what wins as scum, I'm going to tell people to their faces that's what I do as scum and then keep doing it.

 

It's really up to the other players to make that change.

If her hiatus was long enough, I dont really see how going back and isoing previous games will help. I also dont see why you would go to a previous game when you have 45 pages of content in this one.

 

I am town reading Cass, shes been trying hard and changing as she goes. Im not giving you a hard time because your town reading her, but because of why your town reading her.

That's not as strong as that Shad post but these posts were basically back to back, really strong, town bomb posts.

How many scum games have you lost and won compared with your town games.

 

 

I had a document containing my record, but I cannot find it anywhere, which is annoying. All I have is the old data from the MTGS game where it's missing probably my last couple games as scum. It has 50 games as scum on it, and 36 wins out of 50 games. I won the MTGS game which ended mid-october. Been on a town streak since then except the one I just died in.

I have been in too many town games to keep track. town win/loss is around 50% last time it was measured.

That's the main reason why I've been trying to amp up my village game at the expense (?) of my scum game.

 

I need to get my accuracy up, and my self mislynched less often. So I've been open notebook on my scum game since last May or so.

Ok, I can vouch for the pretty distinct difference in the Darthe game.

 

It's not what your next scum game here will look like. I'm sure of that.

 

I can't easily measure how much would change. I don't think this much would change.

OK now gonna state this before I start:

 

Im not saying that I didnt believe the LEGITIMACY of  your guys RL stuffs.

 

But I pegged both of you as Scum, Kay in Frozen and Shad in WE for making numerous posts about RL stuff in those games,  Again I believe that the stuff was going on but I dont know if its maybe a subconscious thing that Scum do but for some reason they seem to feel they need to explain these things more.

 

The only reason I bring this up is it pertains to my case on Lenny.

It's not super-reliable as you'll have false positives. (Myself, I tend to explain when I absolutely have to leave even though I'm talking to someone, or when I'll be away from the thread for more than 8 hours)

 

But in general, yeah. It's not the RL that is an indicator, but the desire to earn a free skating pass as a result thereof.

It's often null and in Shad's specific example it was.

 

My read on Shad that game had a lot to do what he did post when he did post, rather than his RL reason.

 

In general it's something to look for, but it can lead to some epic fails if that's all you're looking at.
