@ Alanna: why Nolder?  

Voting patterns have been weird; he dropped votes twice out of nowhere that were awkward to me (Dice/Calder?). One of them being a placeholder vote on Calder(?). Other than that I haven't really liked his content and he was pushed into my POE because others were looking a lot better. I guess a lot of it is also gut, he's just not sitting right with me and that's why I voted him d1 before  moving to Crusher. I remember him doing a few other things that bothered me, but I want to look back at both Nolder and Kivam before placing a vote today.

Laine, time travel with me a minute, what made Thane's failure to vote bug you so much earlier in the game?

Felt like he was sitting back and I didn't like that very much, especially on a mafia lynch. I think it really bothered me when Clov set me up to vote Shad/Crusher and Thane just watched from the sidelines and let me choose.

if we are wrong today and happen to mislynch....whose flip would be most telling?  Like if Kiv flipped town= Nyn scum or vice versa and such,

 

i ask cause we have our PoE (Alanna, Nolder, Kiv, Nyn). Clov wanted to clear Nyn or close enough and I think he pushed/suss'ed? Kiv as well.

 

But I'm thinking/wondering if we actually need to clear them up first as opposed to Alanna or Nolder first,  Thoughts?

 

Or am I just tinfoiling way too much atp?

I think we save the tinfoil for F3.  At most, one of me and nyn are scum, it's not me ... and gun to my head, I don't think we ever get there because I don't think it's her. 

 

Look at it this way.  If we lynch one of me/Nyn today, that's not going to stop you from tinfoiling on the other one if we're at F3 with Alanna or Nolder, will it?  Fall into that trap twice, and we may lose to scum who were firmly in the POE but never got lynched because we (you) tinfoiled on two likely villagers.  Like Shad said, that's how town loses a game like this.

 

Even if Nyn is scum, the +ev play is to lynch Nolder and Alanna, then make your call at F3.  And if Nyn isn't scum, it's because one of Alanna or Nolder is, so you never even get there.

I trust Kiv < Nyn. And I trust Clov to be right once I get past my tunnel on Nolder.

I kinda skimmed it since I'm in class. From quick impressions they could be v/v or w/v, so idk. Will look at in more detail later. If one is a wolf, it's Kivam. I can do a little RT interaction right now though, as long as we whisper

Btw, in case anyone's wondering about this, I think scum!Nyn desperately tries to stay ahead of the POE by having me voted out before F3, given how much distance there is between her and Laine/Nolder in everyone's reads, and how little distance there is between her and me - and stands squarely on the "I won't get pushed around" argument to try to make it happen.  Unvoting and agreeing to follow confirmed town's lead means she can't push any separate agenda for this lynch or next, and that's more likely to come from town!Nyn than scum!Nyn.

 

In short, I'm fairly well convinced one of Nolder/Laine is scum, and based on their respective contributions, I'd put money (though not a lot) on it being Nolder

I keep repeating in my head what Clov said. The order doesn't matter. We're playing for the win. In that spirit I will go with the majority. Because it's true, the order doesn't matter. But I still think that the chances of Kiv being scum aren't bad considering the lame points he's been using in an attempt to make himself look good.

your rep. I know I can trust you to push and bus some teammates so it's not like that's going to help me either way. You and Nyn have played a good game so based on you both being ~equal, you fall into the scummy category if it comes to that choice.

same as I said above. I will read the interaction once I'm home and reevaluate though. The quoted line was determined based on the game as a whole, not on that interaction specifically. I do think we can find scum in nolder though.
