Going against my better judgment (because I have burned by him twice), I am going to say that Len appears to be town here. He's playing right now as if he doesn't mind the attention, which would be highly abnormal for scum!Len.

Twice? Which two times were those?

Got a little time to make this post.

In the past I have been able to read Sili well but I haven´t played with him in a long time. From the start he looked town, jumping all around. Then I was starting to think that he was setting up platforms for future lynches. But then I really liked his vote on Ocicat. I think post 342 was good and also that he questioned Celeste. I didn´t like Ocicat´s answer. I will +1 Sili´s reasons and

[v] Ocicat [/v]

Something about Leelou-Verbal-CoryKey-Talya seems strange.

1. Cory mentions mafia could have had four days to chat. I don´t think that shows any alignment.

2. Leelou votes him for possible tmi. That seemed like a weak vote.

3. Then Cory gets annoyed and, after getting permission from Kivam, says that he and Key has shared a qt for four days.

4. Leelou then asks Verbal what he thinks about that. Not strange that he asks him of his oppinion but...

5. Verbal then says that (basically) annoyed Cory is town. And then Leelou unvote and say that she wanted to clear Cory early.

I thought the vote in itself was weak but she is now townreading Cory because of this. It seems like a bit too easy.

But then we have Talya that didn´t want Leelou to vote or mention anything so that Cory could have revealed more (?? I think that is what she means.) She says that this doesn´t look good for Leelou. What does this mean? That she thinks Cory was mafia and Leelou too? Leelou thinks Talya jumped on it too quick. Talya said that she did so because Leelou never gave a reason to begin with. (But when she did, she didn´t think Leelou should have mentioned it.)

Cory: what do you think about Leelou, Verbal and Talya?

Leelou: what do you think about Talya?

Talya: What do you think about Leelou?

Verb: What do you think about Leelou and Talya?

I usually don´t ask questions like this but it seems like it was a "knot" that has been left unsolved. (At least to me.)

Sooh looks town to me so far. I think she answered Snow good when he questioned her in the beginning.

To clarify, I thought if Leelou was thinking Cory was setting people up, letting him run with and catch him at it would have been better. By her saying what she was voting for means she would never know...so defeated the object of what she was thinking.

At present not sure on Leelou, she didn't get too flustered over me talking to her. The way she pulled the vote off Cory could be taken a number of ways. The thing I did like was her interaction with Verb, and his interaction with her...so at the moment slight town read

I have already stated my willingness to tango, Pootaloot

There are no lies on the dance floor

Sorry, I got distracted.

This does btw make you seem defensive or frustrated. I'll get back to which one I think it is.

I have no reason to "tango" with you. I asked you a question. You refused to answer. I didn't think that was very helpful. I'm not accusing you of anything! It seems that's your assumption that that's what I'm doing, and THAT makes me question why you jump to that conclusion.

I don't know cory very well (I think this is the first game we actually played together) but it's bugging me that he's refusing to explain why he has a town read on someone. Is it because Sooh is asking about herself?

I just call it as I see it, Cory.

However, if you were really asking me to dance I feel kinda silly right now.

I was teasing you.

If you really care this is what I have in my notes:

Sooh

Votes Talya (#12) - in response to the PYP game?

+ Attitude! (#15)

+ Sili does,  indeed, feel antsy (#28)

Sili not out of the ordinary (#108)

+ Tells JS pretty much to bug off (#126)

It's not much, but I don't have many +s on my notepad in general and I thought you gauging Sili honestly and you didn't have any problem being snippy with JS in a genuine way.

Of course it was all very thin, hence the light green (which I generally give to people who have higher than 3 on the +/-, I know, rigid system, as opposed to a more confident read, but at this point I'm throwing you back into null because I don't know why you are hassling me when I have fifteen other slots to figure out.

I was curious, that's true. Thanks for clearing it up. You're among my nulls as well. I guess we'll continue the paranoid dance.

How about a waltz?

If you are a villager and want to make my job harder, IDC, that is how you used your time this game and I have to deal with that and work around you and try to figure it out anyway

If you think I'm a wolf I expect more fire from you than "Cory's reading my villager and I don't know why!" and I think that's a pretty idiotic line to take as a wolf but I've seen you do it before (and fool me, but fail at fooling anyone else in the process and losing to my team without a great deal of difficulty from our end) but that's just my opinion, man

It may very well also be him gauging me back. It's a game of feeling each other out. I think TownCory also would be hesitant to give reads early because he might give scum easy cases to jump on, but that's just my theory. Of course that would work better if the read was a scum read I suppose. Or if I was scum who was looking to be town read by more people.

Thanks Lenlo for responding. I can see Cory's points. Need to re look at the votes that came after mine...opportunistic??

Anytime dear.

Please do, I would like to see what you think on all this.

You know probably more than anyone how hesitant I am as a villager to accuse anyone of being a wolf D1. I am never confident in my reads this early on. I nudged you to get a better read of your slot, and I got several things to think about. And yes, you're right. If I do think you are a wolf later on I will have to make a much stronger case against you. Both because this isn't a case, and because you're a much better wolf than to let yourself be caught by one little nudge like this.

Technically I'm dancing with Key tho.

I think I just got rejected.

Do you guys really want "selfish, antagonistic, pushy douche Cory" 27 pages into a game without a deadline even set?

He doesn't come out until closer to EOD1 because his reads typically improve in accuracy by observing people do things on their own accord, and afaict a lot of people don't mind "carefully observant, directive but encouraging Cory" for awhile before he needs to start ramming the bulldozer through walls to get things accomplished.

I am 100% willing to wake him up and let him take over, mercy on your hapless souls.
