Just over an hour before deadline and everyone's vanished :(

 

AJ - you're worried about a stagnant train but where would you look

 

Verb - if you're town an extended reads list would be great right about now. Why did you say that Talya/Thane are still clear, but in the same post say that I'm clear (in your opinion due to lack of a cc) - you said you weren't as confident in Talya, but you seem to be more confident in Both of them than me, is that what you're saying? Where was AJ stating things as facts, or nearly so?

 

 

Thoughts on Thane would be nice from everyone and where is he?

 

Thane - DO you think Verb's mafia, if not where would you rather vote?

If we mislynch me today, we have:

 

4 villagers

2 wolves

 

....going into tonight.  If the wolves have 2 kills available, then the GAME IS OVER OUTSIDE OF A DOC PROTECT.

 

 

 

 

So AJ pushing hard for my lynch today and focusing on the re-assessment following my flip appears to be lip service.....the wolf team could win tonight.

IF you believe this WHY aren't you fighting harder? I'll agree it's probably too late to avoid a lynch, but why aren't you trying to convince people you making arguments for vig targets?.. etc.

 

Why should I believe the above is anything but fear-mongering?

Verbal was 100% certain wolf for me, untill his interaction with AJ started. In truth, the entire 'conversation' between the two of them makes sense from both sides. I'm still not 100 % convinced he's town though, so i would still be willing to hammer him for that.

 

in the event of him being town... well... we'll look into things when night is done *nods*

I get why you find him scummy now, but what was it at the beginning? You said that you (to paraphrase) thought it was how Zander usually played, but it's not (referring to the style of tunnel this game). So if you are now finding the tunnel scummy, why were you finding him scummy at the beginning?

 

 

I didn't really have him as scummy day1? So not sure where you got that idea, more of a null, and that was for no progression in his reads then. He frustrated me more, so tried not to let that cloud my read at the time, it might be why I didn't pass him as town.

Ok I thought I remembered him near the bottom of your list ans a later post saying Zander was 'still' down there, but maybe not

Verb - all the stuff I've said, minus the possibility that his holiday was longer than I thought (thought he was back tuesday), but added the absence in thread now. I'd hope that Town!Verb would be helping town as much as he could with reads, quotes, anything really, especially if he's really suspicious of AJ when nobody else is really, or really believed that town could lose tonight.

 

but the case does focus for most people on absence, which way he voted and lack of transparency. His 'absence' now doesn't look great either, as does the slowness in finding alternative suspects as he backed of Rand. He's done no vote analysis of Laines train, no Laine spew hunting, or similar which is stuff that can be done without a good grasp on the game, I've done as much before when I fell behind.

But what about your opinion on other players? You're worryingly absent in my notes (apart obviously from your reaction to my claim :laugh:)

i honestly overlooked the claim. i guess i had my head up my ass when reading through all that. But, i have to say that my opinion is the same: in general i'm cautious with a doc claim. if it's not CC'd after enough time, it could certainly be a true claim. But it could also be a tactic to draw out the 'real PR' by mafia.

 

Having said that, i'm starting to think that someone would have cc'd if it were the case,so...
