Basically, Arsis is striking me as someone not invested in the game who literally doesn't care what happens. And that, sadly, is not alignment indicative for him.

I can't speak for noldor but I think it didn't say anything because I hadn't read the thread yet. I'm kinda stubborn so if I'm going to be lynched before I even read I'm not going to try. Also, it's buried in the pm with 3 people making excuses to leave.

Every lynch garners info so that's really not a reason to pick someone out of the crowd except in extraordinary cases and I don't think this is one of those cases.

That said, maybe it's just a fluke in belief systems. I'm not going to harp about it but I don't feel as strongly as I did coming into this game that Alanna is town.

Nope. I still have my artifact/role w/e it is. I just know she has something that isn't town. I'm playing along with the theme :)

Fair enough.. I am after all watching season 4 of W13 at the moment.. inspired by this game.. I do love it..

I might have something that isn't town, but that doesn't mean that I am not town. I did nothing to receive the item into my possession - either someone gave it to me, or there's some factor in the game that caused me to receive it randomly.

 

Supposedly it does nothing to me. I don't know if that's because it can only be activated in someone else's possession, or if it will become activated at some later time. If the latter, I suppose it is possible that it can still be dangerous to the Town in my possession...but I know it does nothing to me, and that I can't consciously choose to do anything with it. Obviously, even if it becomes possible for me to use it at a later date, I wouldn't use something that would hurt the town.

 

The only thing I can choose to do with it is pass it on tonight. Or I can choose to keep it. It may be an item that only the mafia can use against town, so keeping it is probably the best option. 

 

I don't know what happens to the item if I die, I got a PAFO on that question. It might die with me. It might just go to someone else.

 

Either way, it'd be nice to hear some more people weigh in on this before you just lynch me.

FWIW, I think he is probably telling the truth and is town...but there is definitely the possibility that scum somehow found out about this item. In which case lynching me could be a 2 for 1 for them. They get a townie lynched, and probably also have a chance to get their hands on this anti-town item. Which I'm betting they can use.
