I think you are wolf-y because of your claim. I may not know your alignment but I've got a fairly decent BS meter. And as I already mentioned, I don't think your claims have been particularly pro Town. More to the point, I think you are sewing confusion with your fake claims that will ultimately hurt the Town down the road. That's how it worked out with your Beloved Princess fake claim, in case you forgot.

I'm telling you I'm a guy who plays on mechanics and balance, as you already know. Your Princess claim weighed in my game balance decisions when determining the truth value of various claims. You know that. You saw that. Your fake claim screwed with my game solve because a) I didn't believe you [and thus had to consider you could be wolf or 3rd party] and b) distracted me from being able to do better assessments on people like Sili 1.0 and Verb, whom I had as Town but could have defended better if I wasn't distracted by trying to sort out you, Arsis, Des, BFKey, Pral, and Hally given my own PR.

I disagree. Go look at any Hally game and show me the last time she was even in the MIDDLE of the pack in terms of post count.

Notice she WAS being "bubbly," as you say? Disarming tense situations? Stuff like that? Then when she came back on it was after the Yates/Cory show. And she was still friendly but rightly confused as to some of the stuff I had already asked Cory about. Plus she was being called scummy for saying "hi and goodnight" in her first post and had to deal with that. She dealt with it in the same way Town Hally always deals with being called scum.

 

In short, you are wrong. This is fully Hally's Town range. Neither of these behaviors are outside of that range. What was outside of her Town range was her being active and aggressive, as per the game you brought up. Go look at her activity on Day 1 and compare it to here. THAT is your outlier in that game. It isn't present here.

Alright. We're at like L-3 and just wasting time with votes on our slot anyway so here's the deal...

 

We are Dr. Kate Murray. Mom. We can be the difference between if Charles Wallace lives or dies. [Not going to expand on that.]

 

Now I realize you may not think that's a big deal on the surface. But the important take away here is that mod confirmed [to us] that Charles is in the game. So even if we get NKed, Town will know that Charles is not a fake claim. So Hally agreed she'd be okay with me claiming early.

I wrote Sili in my last post but forget to actually write anything about his. (I´m very, very tired.) I´m not fond of refering to a lot of other games but I recently read Kivam´s game on JN. Sili was very active and crazy. Here he is not. That is one of the reasons why I have him as a suspect. I didn´t want to mention that before since it was still ongoing. I know that people play differently on different sites so it´s far from a proof that he is mafia. Just something I noticed.

1) Not really. You're greatest strength as a villager is that you can SOMETIMES clear yourself through effort but you're still well within your range so I don't know what scum are scared of. If you're town they probably see you two as a mislynch.

I can soulread Hallia as town sometimes, but nothing close so far and that's usually an issue. I'd be happy to lynch your slot today outright.

What specifically are you looking for?  I've said plenty of things already; you two are being overly aggressive to try to get a read on a new player.  If you have something specific you would like to know, I would be glad to share it, but I'm not going to adjust play-style for a couple schoolyard bullies.

1. How is that an odd thing for me to say? You did the "LOL SCUM SHOULD BE SKURRED" thing. Still rings as disingenuous to me.

 

2. I said that in a scum game, but yeah, I can usually figure out when Hally goes out of her SCUM range. She's not a player I can recognize AS scum, just a player I can recognize as town and be right a lot. So far nothing, HENCE THE PROBLEM. That should be EASY for you to understand. Let me know if I need to make you a graph or charts or something if this isn't getting through.

 

3. See above IRT to Hallia. I have been playing with her for almost a year; I think I'm at my max capacity on my ability to read her. Her slank town game and scum game are similar enough that it's hard to pick the two apart because she gives you VERY little. How am I expected to read her with her ABSENT volume? You putting the onus of my for your partner's lack of content seems more like your D2-D5 derp scum game (see: Discworld) than your town game. Have fun being Yates

jmm had two things that pulled me different ways

 

A) his scum list was somewhat consensus-y of players that aren't really being townread (Sili/Sleeper where the first two IIRC) but I think he had two others that were sort of random so not sure what I'm seeing there - would love elaboration!

 

B) he said something like "scum try to act super townie to start the game!" which is the sort of ideology i try to fight since it really isn't applicably true here from experience, but he said that YET said very little about me and monstr - players who are generally absurdly villagery villagers and like rambling about how town they are. so i don't really see the logical connection if that's his mindset reading the thread.

I did not like Tina or Halli's first posts (page 1 and 2 respectively).  Nothing definite for now, but I am watching them.   

 

This could just be me never having played with them before.

Potentially their initial reaction to their role, at least in part.  It's typically pretty fresh in their mind at that point. 

 

Overall, not a whole lot though.  It's just one post, but one I weigh a bit more.
