Yet I lock clear tom and suddenly "monstrman is a wolf"

I don't like that at all.

I warned you about clearing Tom or Cory for nothing. You don;'t have to like it. You just have to accept responsibility for it knowing this would be the consequence.

Also, I don't feel like you lock cleared Cory for nothing. I feel like you lock cleared Cory AND Hally for reasons. It's either because you saw the thread momentum swinging towards leaning Town on that slot or because you saw some obvious Towning.

And this is how you *shrug*

Bizarrely threatening. "If you clear townies you're gonna get lynched!"

I wanna lynch Yates. Think this dude is posturing up a storm. He's playing very differently from his usual thoughtful introspective villager game. He's playing more like scum me.

[v]##Yates[/v]

Please note that Yates was not the first one to say this red bit. I was but i aimed it directly at hally and yates then agreed with it

Considering my scum game on VS _just_ ended and my natural behavior is quite different here, I don't see how you can not notice differences in my play. I find THAT very unlikely.

Considering your scum game on VS _just_ ended, you'd have to be pretty terrible to play this game exactly the same as scum, wouldn't you?

Yer there are many organic behaviors I exhibit more as town than scum -- patience is one of them.

So perhaps it's you who should learn how to read me, hmmm?

This word....I dont think it means what you think it means.

cause i have never seen you be patient as  town

I'm not teasing you. I've found your handling of myself and Monstr in this game hard to stomach as genuine...

Good for you? Monstr and I had a whole conversation about it. He's Town reading me as a result of it because he can see the Town motivation behind it. Why do you think you can't?

Couldn't have anything to do with you constantly calling me a liar or trying to keep suspicion on me while simultaneously telling me I'm bad at reading you. Advocating a policy lynch on the goddamn BP if he's kept alive for a while isn't sketchy at all either.

No confusing mixed signals or anything.

AGAIN  I was the one advocating this. he was just willing to go along with it.

Is there a reason you keep attributing my actions to Yates Tom?

Hey folks.

Catching up, getting a grip etc.

maybe i read too much into the intro, but it seems that the female character is plotting revenge. Therefore 1 player leading scumteam, female player more likely.

Or, my meds are messing with me and i see ghosts

What? Why the hell would the flavour indicate a person of any gender would receive any particular role? This is implying that @Mod didn't randomize roles across the entire playerbase, you do realize? Also the Verabl buddying is a little obvious.

The down side of being Leelou's hydra partner is that now I can't follow up on my policy lynch promise.

The plus side of being Leelou's hydra partner is that now I can follow up on my Cory AND Hally policy lynch promises with a single vote!

Vote: HalCore

Huzzah!

Sorry for rustles, will be on best behavior

This pinged. Both, actually. @Yates for policy talk which is gross, @cory for promising to lay low?

nver read the book, perhaps should have. Thanks Yates, there goes my theory.....

Wow so yeah, you thought mod roled a female character to a female player?

Really?

I'm going to pretend Verbal has town cred for coming out strong and "scumhunting" but I'm really suspicious of him jumping on something small so soon.

Also this. While Verb's push is genuine, it's seems just a little too strong for the evidence at hand. But I'm leaning toward that being excited by a potential scumread.

@Sili and @Tommy are null at the moment but being involved, which is a plus. Is Tommy normally this ...this?

@Desp entry - wow. Ok. Ping for you too. But later Desp proves to be Despish by most accounts so, egh.

@Cory - Heavy defense noted. But I always have trouble reading through emotion and tend to write it off as scum. But hydra halli makes me wonder especially given-

@Yates' cheering of Halli, which seems... friendly. I don't like friendly.

@manbat handing out town reads like candy. Forms a list. I didn't really question it until I realised very little of the reads had reasons. Hrmm.

~4 Wolves in

Pral

Alanna

Rags

Arsis

Yates

Key

Dice

Berf

So let's try to clear half this list and lunch from the rest

Shouldn't be too hard

This post is especially nonsense. 4 wolves in 3/4 of the game. Most of those people haven't posted yet. This is what you post ad scum to pretend scum hunt.

+1. Though it should be noted that I'm on this list, so my objection is probably implied.

It's not AtE when Yates literally will not speak to him.

Oh is he asking me stuff? I have him on ignore.

That's certainly one way to play the game where talking to people is kind of the point.

If he is your scumread, then you would want him to keep talking day 1 surely, in case something slips? either way, you've ruled out the possibility of him being town by refusing to engage, limiting your effectiveness for town.

Right so.

Townish on Verb, Tommy, sili, desp despite myself and maybe halli. p-edit and now Allana.

Scummish on Cory (But the halli play hrmm), Yates and Thane. The mod handing out roles like that is pretty damn unheard of. I'd vote Thane out of the two of them.

Nothing much else has stood out. Apart from the fact that this is on page 34 already jesus krak what have you gotten me into.

Honestly, she(?) pings me as rough around the edges not scum. It's like she's coming back from being away from mafia; she hasn't played with tommy at least, so whatever that implies.

She also stated she had a computer problem. Call me a softy, but I'd rather not lynch someone for real life troubles day 1. pushing people who aren't here has kind of backfired 4 of my last 5 games. Probably because they're lynch bait.

Also Berf strikes me as genuinely trying to play to a town wincon here. Hedging leads isn't generally a scum tell when the person has two posts ever.

I said that about Cory as a sort of joke, because Tom Ripley. Still, it wasn't false. I think cory is town because he's acting sufficiently different from last game, and I think he's generally moody. But mostly hallia.

FTR Sili last game was a very high energy, villagery emulation for scum Cory because I was scum with him. That's not typical for him. Usually he acts kinda like the game is beneath him as scum and can't be bothered, or fakes being upset by a player or some event as an excuse to avoid solving the game. When pushed, he throws tantrums.

He's an emotional hurricane as scum, as Gong put it.

Verbal, AJ, Pral, BFGKey?

Herbal and Key are both good. My vote is on Verb right now.

So underwhelmed by him. But maybe I should go key since she pinged me the most out of anyone and meets the criteria of "trying to stay alive like scum would"?

Key also posted that long post, and BFG did that. Difficult for me to narrow it down right now, but Key in my mind is a bad place to start.  I forgot about Arsis, so give him a red too while we're at it.

So he get's depressed as scum?

I don't know why anyone would get depressed.

You don't Rand scum much. But that's what you did on POG in my game about a month ago.

I was peeked as a wolf that game on N1 and tried to force baudib to openly claim seer through extreme rustling

Do not insult LOLBWG

Yeah he doesn't enjoy it as much as being an in-charge game solving villager. There's no mystery as scum.

But it's not so much that he gets depressed and he tries to make everyone else depressed. Emotional demotivating is a strong scum tool.

You saw what it did to Yates last game.
