I think if you're town, you're tracker, vanilla, or some other role. And if you're scum you probably lied about being the tracker thinking there was already a watcher claimed and nobody denied it.

 

So undecided, overall. But I do think these role claim wifom shenanigans need to stop. The only thing we can reasonably ascertain is one of you lied about your role, barring some weirdness with the wolfpack.

This is the EXACT OPPOSITE OF TRUE. I had you as one of my strongest town reads yesterday, and was townreading you D1 as well.

You have mused a few times that you thought Verb and I rolled as scum together again. Nope. I have no control over Yates and that botched gambit he tried. He can confirm I got immensely annoyed with him and I didn't know what to do when he did that. I gave everything in my reveal, so whatever.

 

I've had you as town, but I'm having doubts with your list. Does Pral make sense as a 1 shot RBer and not RB you N1 when you are claiming you are going to shoot Tommy? You don't seem to be looking at all the angles. Hallia claimed something very interesting happened last night, then claimed a cop shot after Yates fake claimed there. I'm having a hard time fitting her role into town when I am now believing BGKey because of how NAs work.

I think I mused that about you and Verb ONCE. In a 260 page game

 

 

And all the other stuff is mega reaching. If I was Pray and town RBer I wouldn't have blocked someone who was claiming to be shooting at Tommy- ESPECIALLY not if I had limited shots. I'd make NY shots count.

 

The thing about Hallia is even weaker. I can see Hallia saying "interesting...." After getting a town viewing on a scum read

All I can tell you is this:

 

1. Both of our tracks make sense

- Who would YOU have tracked N1?

- Who would YOU have tracked N2?

 

2. I bread crumbed our N1 result LONG before Pral said anything.

- Pral never said anything about going nowhere N1 until TODAY.

 

3. While we can't prove we knew before Key claimed, our immediate suspicion/questioning on Key this morning [Leelou and my first posts] is supportive of our assertion that we tracked her to Tommy [prior to Krak telling us we'd see her even if she was RBed]

 

Not sure how you can get "vanilla" out of that. Don't know what "other role" would know where both of these guys went. And you know we aren't lying about being trackers because we have proven tracks. So really, your only chance of painting us as scum is to pursue the "scum tracker" angle. Let Des worry about that.

That part makes it semibelievable that you're Tracker of some kind but AGAIN- just because scum Trackers aren't common doesn't mean they don't exist.

One more thing. For the record? You guys can stop looking. The words "scum tracker" have only been uttered in 5 games in this forum prior to this game. Guess how many of those games actually had a scum tracker? That's right. Zero.

 

It was also mentioned in 1 Thakandar game. By the scum. To try to discredit the real tracker. Pral and Des were both in that game on different sides of the fence. Again. TOWN Tracker, not scum tracker in that game.

The breadcrumb thing makes me just about certain that Lates is telling the truth in terms of being a tracker.  Unless they are scum who set up multiple bread crumbs for multiple fakes claims once they figured out what the PRs are...which would be utterly brilliant to the point of they deserve to get away with it.  Otherwise, he set up a breadcrumb for a role that may or may not have gotten counter claimed.

 

But, I have been in a game with a scum tracker before(rarer than scum watcher, I think it only happened once) so I can't completely discount it.  That said, it is rare enough that I wouldn't feel comfortable taking that gamble today.

For now I would pick from arsis and hallia for the fake role claims. Maybe pral, but my gut tells me he's slightly town. More so since the start of today, and only except for that role claim. Even with the role claim it does make sense he would holster it until endgame.

besides that i think i disagree. my feeling of yates' d1 and d2 was that he would play this way as scum. i would have liked him to play to his normal gambits rather than withdraw into the hydra.

 

even today, where he lied. that was... silly, but also seemed natural.
