Second, the easy explanation there for Wombat being town is that he just had a higher scum read on Sili. And actually Sili's recent posts don't look NEARLY as good as they did before so he could be right there

well to be quite honest, it's like swimming with the river's current. I sit and see that all there is to be held and tasted is summer salt lapping at the belt. A coral reef, where the show is funneled and beholden as a gift, and for its sake i must be in equal parts modest and content that I am just a participant. Neither active cog or dissinterested party.

 

 

I love everything about this post, except that it doesn't contribute anything and you managed to completely dodge Tom's question.

I'll just answer. While I'm afraid that as Despot pointed out Csarmi could be trying to force his meta, I'm not sure I want to believe that yet. I strongly associate emotional outbursts/rage quits from him to align with his town game. I even subbed in for him in the House Mafia game after he quit and he was villa there. I'm not going to lock him in over it, but for now I'm content to leave him as a soft green and see how he plays when he comes back.

 

I was going to ask.  I assumed you'd be null on him due to your tinfoiling, but this makes sense.  If he had handled the pressure more rationally, would you be reading him the same way?

 

Good question.

 

Probably not. I was getting a bit suspicious of him prior to it happening, and it happening is also a big reason why I'm willing to put him to the side for now. It's kind of hard to answer because frankly idk how I might've responded if he had acted differently. I would think it would depend more so on his response, I guess.

my impression is agreeable because the level of activity means i dont have to be a particularly active participant as i've needed to be in the past. tom was incorrect by the way, this is my 2nd or third game, and i would like to be mafia at some point just to put on the skin.

Typically I like to give people the benefit of the doubt that they aren't disgusting humans who would debase themselves emotionally in order to alleviate pressure/attention on them.

 

If I'm wrong and that's actually what he was doing then I will be rather disappointed he stooped to that level, but for now I don't think it's worth poking him over.

FWIW this perfectly matches my thinking on Salami. If he's scum he's actively burning his town meta to slip out. Does he do this D1? Only if he's an omega wolf PR.
